Vincenzo and his commitment to the guest keep this apartment as good choice

Location,Vincenzo really deserves a 10. Always on hand, quickly and efficiently solves problems. He even replaced our coffee machine within 30 minutes, brought us a new one. All praise for him. Very easy check-in and check-out. The apartment is in a perfect location. Everything is there. Wi-Fi works perfectly.Everything you need is within a 5-10 minute walk, close to public transport.

Complaints, first of all the shower cabin. Small, simply incomprehensible why it is so small and it should be replaced urgently. I am 1.90m tall, frankly torture when showering. The table in the living room as well as the dining table are drilled, for replacement. Also, it is not a matter of the apartment itself but of the entire complex that they have not managed to force the restaurants to put filters on the chimneys where they prepare food, so sometimes, regardless of the distance, it is as if you were working on a barbecue

Location was great, owners were responsive and apartment had most of what we needed

Shower could’ve been a bit cleaner , plus shower head was too heavy for attachment and would stay in place. A few more condiments would’ve been nice as would a few more bowls nothing major though

What is more this is a convenient apartment to stay in with a baby. I also liked the location of the apartment.

The pool was not used. During our stay, it was too cold.

Fantastic location and beautifully furnished clean apartment. Very comfortable beds and all furnishings of a high standard. Hosts were great at communication and very quick at responding to us before and during our stay. Pool area lovely, very inviting and well maintained.

Quite a bit if street noise at night. Returning to our apartment and had no running water. But this was resolved extremely quickly by communicating with hosts and maintenance was at our door and issue resolved within 5 minutes.

My first and last trip to Marbella

Sea view.

It wasn’t the apartment I booked. When I emailed Daniela I was told the complex was called Neptuna and the block I stayed at was Cibeles. Cibeles was No 7 and along the road was Neptuna at No 11??? A bed had 2 slats hanging below. I told her and she emailed saying someone would be round the following morning. No one turned up so my daughter had to sleep on the sofa. The apartment was very dated and the musty smell hit you as soon as you opened the door. It never went. Once you closed the balcony doors when we went out as soon as you came back in the smell hit you. Would I recommend Neptuna/Cibeles???? No way

the apartment had everything we needed and more. plates, cups, glasses, cutlery, utensils etc. there was nothing we needed that wasn’t there. great location, close to bars and restaurants, nice view from front and back balcony and very spacious. everything was very clean. thank you. we would happily stay here again in the future.

the only thing was that the power kept cutting out when the toaster popped up or if you had more than a couple of electrical plugged in. we got used to it though. also we are told to leave the keys in the apartment when we leave which is great and hassle free except we could not get out the gate of the property at 6am to catch out flight and ended up climbing over the fence. it did make us laugh though.

Great location and sea view. Very comfortable accommodation.

The pool had not been cleaned so we couldn’t use it. We stayed in October so maybe the pool is cleaned less regularly in off season. We noticed maintenance and cleaning began the day we were leaving.
