Nice flat, great location in the heart of the old town

The Apartment is right in the hussle and bustle of the old town - 1min walk from several restaurants - El Boqueron is excellent - The instructions for accessing the property were clear, The property was clean, and comfortable, and the owners (who have the shop downstairs) were very friendly. We were in 1B. 1A / 2A would have a marginally better view for watching people navigate the maze of streets via google maps :-)

The balcony is not really big enough to sit out on, and the terrace / sun deck doesn't get unlocked until 11am. To be fair I'm not sure any apartments in the old town have balconies big enough to sit out on. . finding the property was a little harder - a sign on the door or similar would make it easier.

Perfect Short Break

Amazing location right in the heart of the old town, perfect for exploring. Apartment was very clean. It was noisy at night but that didn’t bother us, earplugs provided if needed. Close to the beach. The rooftop pool was a real treat and unique for this area which we loved and made use of every day!

It was quite difficult to find, I think it would be helpful for there to be a sign outside the property or some more detailed instructions prior to arrival to help with locating.

Great location, perfect for exploring

Location was brilliant and the apartment was clean

We arrived and unfortunately the apartment we were given was tiny. We had taken a discounted offer but the pictures didn’t show the actual apartment we would be getting. We arranged to be moved to another available apartment that was bigger for an extra charge and the hosts were very helpful and resolved the issue very quickly.

Location was excellent. Rooms were very clean. Owners friendly and helpful. Rooms noisy but earplugs provided.

Apartments very difficult to find (it wasn't signposted and had no sign) and we had no idea how to get in. We were lucky enough to bump into another couple who were also struggling to find the apartments and who'd managed to find the owners. Without them, I don't know how we would have got access and could have been there for hours! Bed very hard and uncomfortable.

Great location, clean and modern apartment.

The location was perfect, the beach was within a 10 minute walk, the restaurants directly outside of the apartment were lovely (El Boqueron was especially incredible, ended up there 4 times over a 5 night stay and it’s literally a 10 second walk from the apartment). The couple who owned/managed the property worked downstairs and were very friendly and helpful. The apartment itself had everything you could need and was clean. The room I stayed in had a patio, which was a great space to eat your breakfast in the morning. The pool was also a added bonus, wasn’t sure if we’d use it but ended up there most days to catch the last of the evening sun before getting ready for dinner.

Very good stay downtown Old Marbella

The apartment location in the heart of old Marbella is superb, everything you need within walking distance and despite the high density of tourist traffic, no noise complaints at all. The accessibility to the apartment is easy to find and key access well arranged, no struggles. The state of the premise and the apartment is clean, well maintained.

Common problem in old Marbella, find a legal parking spot around the car-free area to camp your camp at the cheapest rates. The apartment is a very decent stay in the hearth of old Marbella, but believe the apartment experience could improve seriously with better exposure to the outside, like consuming breakfast on the roof terrace, consuming the early sunny vibes and fresh morning air compared to the inside, in a little cage.

A perfect apartment in the heart of Marbella - beautifully decorated and fab location

We had the most amazing stay in this beautifully decorated and fully equipped apartment in central Marbella. It had everything we could possibly need, even a safe! The beds were comfy, loads of fluffy white towels and plenty of glass and table wear. The location was perfect, right next to Plaza Puente Ronda with its fantastic bars and restaurants. The beach was just a short walk away, and the bus station only 20 minutes on foot, making it so easy to catch a coach to the airport. Absolutely marvellous, we’ll definitely be recommending it to all our friends! the roof top pool was the cherry on top - a real delight.

Just what we needed and great value for money

This property is fabulous- highly recommended. It is a spotless, modern, quality apartment in the heart of old town. Cute but very well appointed. Easy communication and all and any needs met effortlessly. The fact it has a brand new small rooftop pool with comfy loungers is the absolute best and so rare for this type of location. We will be back.

Our new favourite spot in Old Town Marbella

We had a great stay here in Marbella! Our room came with a lovely patio where we could enjoy delicious breakfasts every morning — such a treat. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful; even when we had trouble finding the entrance late in the evening, someone answered the phone right away and guided us in. A real game changer is the small rooftop pool — absolutely perfect for cooling off in Marbella’s summer heat. Honestly, that’s a huge plus, especially since very few places in the Old Town offer a pool at all. We’re frequent visitors to Marbella, and this has definitely become one of our favorite spots. Highly recommended!

Plus Toplocatie in het oude centrum van Marbella, nieuw, schoon, alles aanwezig. Top location in the old centre of Marbella, brand new, clean, complete. Minus Erg klein, geen gelegenheid om je koffers ergens neer te leggen (open), niet overal trapleuningen, geen uitzicht, geen lift, zwembad niet verwarmd, geen nooduitgang. Very small, no place to put your suitcases (open), not everywhere stair railings, no elevator, no view, swimming pool not heated, no emergency exit.

No incluía el desayuno. Pero nos gustó en general todo. Muy top la terraza con la piscina, la ubicación y la enorme amabilidad de los dueños.

Exceptionnel

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel dans cet appartement situé en plein cœur de la vieille ville de Marbella. L’emplacement est idéal : dans une rue très calme, mais à quelques pas seulement des restaurants, boutiques, plages et ruelles animées. On peut tout faire à 2 min à pied sans bruit la nuit, un vrai luxe ! L’appartement est décoré avec beaucoup de goût, tout est pensé avec soin, et d’une propreté irréprochable. Le balcon est un vrai plus, très agréable. Il y a absolument tout ce qu’il faut pour se sentir comme chez soi : cuisine équipée, climatisation efficace, literie super confortable… rien ne manque. La piscine est un vrai havre de paix : très calme, parfaitement entretenue, avec une température idéale et des serviettes propres et confortables mises à disposition tous les jours. Les hôtes sont adorables, très attentifs et disponibles. Ils nous ont réservé un accueil chaleureux, nous ont offert une boisson à notre arrivée à la piscine, et ont gentiment gardé nos valises le dernier jour. En cas de question, ils répondent toujours très rapidement. En résumé : propreté, confort, emplacement, calme, piscine, accueil… tout y est ! C’est le genre d’adresse qu’on aimerait garder secrète tant elle est parfaite, mais qui mérite d’être connue. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.
