Marbella Old Town-300m from the beach

The contact with the owner was extraordinary, for any questions we asked him he answered us immediately and he was always interested in how we were and if we were feeling well, he welcomed us with free chocolate and coffee which was wow. The location was perfect, right in the old town in the restaurant area with a superb view, initially we wanted to stay at the hotel but it turned out that it was worth more than a hotel and if you are worried about noise, it is really quiet, we had no problems. If we come to Marbella again, we will definitely opt for the same accommodation.

As the other reviewers have said, the location is outstanding. You walk right out to the restaurants and shops. It was even better than I expected. The host was very prompt in replying to questions and that's a really good job. The place is really cute and has everything you need.

The pictures are a little deceiving, but this place is not new. It's getting a little tired, in case someone was expecting a newly renovated suite, this wouldn't be it. It had everything we need, don't get me wrong, but the bathroom needs to be redone. The caulking is dirty and things like towels and sheets all need a refresh. Simple things that would make it a bit better. In Spain, they do not seem to be any driers so if your towel needs to be replaced and you go to wash it, it will not be dry before you use it the next time. It might be helpful to have a couple spare towels for this purpose because they don't dry in time specially in March!

Muy bien ubicado, en pleno casco histórico a pasos de restaurantes y cafés, y del mar. El wifi funcionaba bien. El ingreso fue muy fácil y Richard fue muy amable ofreciéndonos entrar unas horas antes para no tener las maletas encima (incluso nos ofreció acércanos unas baterías para el control del aire que no tenía).

El aire acondicionado tiene tope de temperatura (24 grados , no sube ni baja de eso) y adicionalmente luego de unas horas corta (y para que vuelva a funcionar hay que apagar y prender así se resetea el sistema). Los aires están solo en los cuartos, no llega a enfriar la casa en días de mucho calor como nos tocó a nosotros. Como último punto de los aires, a uno de los controles les faltaban baterías, razón por la cual había que irse pasando el control de cuarto a cuarto. Las camas no son cómodas. Los colchones están vencidos al medio y son MUY blandos, y las almohadas duras y altas, lo cual hace que dormir sea muy incómodo en ambas habitaciones. Las sábanas estaban todas arrugadas y no daban la sensación de limpias (que seguramente lo estaban) Al departamento le falta actualizarse, hay cosas que les falta mantenimiento y limpieza.
