The appartment was toally new renovated, fantastic !
The appartment is in the middle of everything in Marbella :-)
The sun on the balcony only from about 08,00 to about 10,00.
We from Norway like to sit in the sun on balcony sometimes, but ok, the balcony was big the temperature was nice :-)

It was spacious, very clean, comfortable, the location. The faculties are modern and comfortable beds. Good showers and good kitchen facilities were good.
Nothing. A bit noisy at times at night but didn’t stop me sleeping.

No identifying sign at entrance to building to facilitate identification of the address/ property.
Street noise , mainly caused by bin collection.
Difficult in contacting the office on day 1. Once access to property was achieved ,no need to contact office as apartment set up was excellent.

Mooi en modern afgewerkt appartement met 2 slaapkamers, beide met 2-persoons bed dat ook uit elkaar geschoven kan worden, én 2 aparte badkamers en balkons.
Zeer schoon en met veel opbergruimte.
Perfecte locatie op slechts 150m van zowel strand als Old Town.
Wij hadden ook een auto gehuurd en de bij te boeken parkeergarage ligt op slechts 3 minuten lopen.
Eigenlijk niks, maar door de centrale locatie kan het ‘s nachts als wat rumoerig ervaren worden. Wij slapen altijd met open ramen, dus dit kan eenvoudig worden verminderd door alles dicht te houden; ook de elektrische rolluiken die aanwezig zijn. Beide slaapkamers zijn ook voorzien van plafondwaaiers, dus dat kan ook makkelijk
