Apartamento IMPERIO 1 - Marbella centro

Me gustó todo, inmejorable. Excelente ubicación, limpio, amplio, cómodo y equipado con todo lo que te puedas imaginar. Nos atendió Pablo, un chico super majo, agradable y super atento durante toda nuestra estancia, adaptándose a nuestras necesidades y pendiente de que estuviéramos a gusto, un 10 en general!

Nada negativo, todo estaba perfecto

Everything was absolutely perfect. We were pleasantly surprised by the welcome basket with food and drinks. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and even many things we did not expect. You can find everything you might need, especially for spending time at the beach. The host was extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. We highly recommend this accommodation and would gladly stay here again.

Everything was perfect!

For our first visit to Marbella we chose to stay at this lovely and cozy apartment. We were welcomed by our very friendly host Pablo who gave us the keys, explained in detail the area and gave us a heartwarming welcome basket. For a couple or as in our case - a family with a small child, the flat is perfect in size, fully equipped and with a spacious and charming balcony. The pictures say it all. The apartment is located in the heart of Marbella, two minutes walking from the old town and the main beach promenade. We really felt at home and for the whole period we did not lack anything. The bed is large and cozy and there is also a sofa bed as a back-up option but we personally did not need it. The bathroom is modern and spacious and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need to cook a proper meal etc. The communication with our hosts Pablo and Patricia has been excellent, both prior to our arrival as well as after the check out. During our stay we had a small incident with the door due to our fault but Pablo did his best to solve the issue in no time and saved us a lot of trouble. There is also an underground parking in the building which would be extremely useful to those arriving by car, as parking in the center can be quite the challenge. Personally we did not use it, but I am sure it would be a big plus. I highly recommend this place to anyone who comes to Marbella. We would 100% book it again if we decide to come back any time in the future. Thank you Patricia and Pablo! Family Karpuzov

Die Lage ist perfekt: Strand, Tapas-Bars und Frühstückslokale sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Ein riesiger Vorteil ist der private Tiefgaragenstellplatz! Der persönliche Empfang durch den Gastgeber war sehr herzlich, und der liebevoll gefüllte Willkommenskorb (Nudeln, Wein, Aufstrich etc.) hat uns sehr gefreut. Dank der gut isolierten Fenster war es trotz der zentralen Lage angenehm ruhig. Die Klimaanlagen funktionierten einwandfrei und sorgten für ein gutes Raumklima.

Die Inneneinrichtung verströmte einen etwas speziellen Eigengeruch, der jedoch sofort verflog, sobald die sehr guten Klimaanlagen in Betrieb waren, sodass es uns nicht weiter gestört hat.
