Pretty apartment for a family or a small group of people. Nicely situated, close to the store, many restaurants, the old town and also not far from the beach with promenade. And perfect description of how to get to the apartment

there could be more of the hygiene products, like toilet paper, dish towels and definitely normal towels

La casa está muy bien ubicada, cerca del mar y del casco antiguo de Marbella. Es amplia, cómoda y desde ella se puede ver un poco el mar. Además, pudimos contratar una cuna para nuestro bebé, lo cual fue muy útil. Estuvimos muy a gusto durante nuestra estancia.

Hay muy poca presión de agua, lo que hace que ducharse sea bastante difícil, además de complicar regular la temperatura. En la cocina también notamos que hay muy pocos cuchillos y echamos en falta algún trapo de cocina.

Location and view were both good.

Shower: low water volume and not the temperature is unstable. Sofas in the living room were not comfortable.

The location was perfect. Close to the old town and the beach, lots of bars, restaurants and cafes nearby.

I have stayed in this area before and used East West homes before and have had a lovely experience. However this apartment was a let down, it has very cheap Ikea style decoration throughout , the kitchen had a ridiculous amount of pots and pans yet no decent wine glasses so we purchased our own and left them there, nor did we have a tea towel. No instructions how to get the black out blinds to work, it was only through trial and error that we managed. The wardrobe doors in one room were off their runners so we couldn’t use the wardrobe. The AC took a good day to become efficient. Both showers were without any real pressure and flicked between scalding and freezing. The door system was complicated and caused us quite a few problems gaining access but we came across residents who let us in and told us the main door had been a problem for quite some time. My issue was, that surely when the cleaning staff are there that they would have some sort of a check list to ensure that there is sufficient matching crockery, cutlery, glassware etc for the guests and that all facilities actually work, therefore the guests wouldn’t be told by the management that they didn’t know! It was very disappointing especially as it would only take a small effort to make it so much better but the location was perfect with plenty of bars, restaurants and cafes so you don’t need to use the kitchen.
