Se si ha la macchina considerare che il parcheggio costa 32€ al giorno. Staff sempre presente e disponibile. Ci sono molte regole da rispettare per non pagare penali.

Central location and tastefully decorated

Needing to clean out the bins after was a bit annoying as we had to walk around aimlessly trying to find where to dispose. Management very slow to respond to any queries. It is noisy but to be expected in such a central location

The location is perfect, just off a lovely square in the centre of the old town. It's perfect. The apartment itself is on the first floor of a pleasant building and has been very well decorated and furnished. The photos do it justice.

The communication immediately prior to our stay was patchy and I had to chase repeatedly, which gave me concerns leading up to the stay. When we arrived there was a very strong smell of cleaning fluid, which seemed a bit over the top. We discovered an active flood in the utility room ceiling from the offices above, which we immediately reported. It was a known issue and there was an offer to send the cleaning team to mop up the next day, which we could do ourselves (and did repeatedly). Thankfully the owners upstairs returned late that night and resolved their issue, which stopped the water coming through. What became apparent afterwards was that the damp smell throughout the apartment wasn't due to the water, it was because of mould & damp in the 2 bedrooms, couple of example photos attached. Really not pleasant. The TVs in the bedrooms don't have remotes and the TV in the living room has not been set up correctly to allow visitors to use it's 'smart' functions. Some of the plug sockets are loose and caution is recommended.
