The location and cleanliness.

Very very noisy. It was just impossible to get some sleep. Could hear people talking all night. Air conditioning was noisy. The kettle doesn’t work. The light in the corridor keeps coming up and would light the bedroom. This apparently has been an issue for a while as I have read it in previous reviews. Very dissatisfied and will not recommend this place.

Wonderful place in the heart of the Old Town Marbella

Great location with great service! By walk, 3mins from the Plaza de las Naranjas, 10mins from the beach, and 20mins from the main bus station. Well equipped accommodation, I was backpacking and I was happy that I could finally wash and iron my clothes. Another good thing, I could be easily supported via WhatsApp chat at any part of the day! Thanks for the experience!

Great accommodation in fantastic location

Perfectly located in the Old Town. Clean and well presented. The studio apartment is an ideal space for a solo traveller. Handy to have cooking, washing facilities and a fridge. The room had good air-con and Wi-Fi and TV with Netflix. Hosts were helpful and responsive.

The bathroom is very tight for space - especially the shower.

Beautiful experience-will definitely return on my next stay in Marbella center.

Great experience! The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Prime location in direct center-walking distance to everything-beach, restaurants and parks-and the apartment was quiet and up to date.

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich mitten in der Altstadt, trotzdem ist es unglaublich ruhig, da keine Autos auf der kleinen Straße fahren. Das Meer ist nicht weit und auch die vielen kleinen Cafés und Restaurants sind direkt um die Ecke.

Pour dire la vérité même si il est bien placé on entends tout dehors comme si c était a l intérieur de la maison ,meme le simple fait que les gens parle entre eux sans crier ,on dirait qu ils sont dans la chambre ,dommage.
