Los dueños fueron un encanto, súper pendientes y con muchos detalles en el piso. La ubicación era en pleno centro de Marbella y con todas las comodidades. Cerca de todo.

Eigentlich alles wie erwartet

We just adored Luigi’s gorgeous townhouse in Old Town Marbella ! This property is just the perfect mix of culture and beachside fun. In 1 minute walking we were in the Old Town, in less than 5 mins walking we were on the beach ! The duplex itself was spotless , so well organised and so comfortable. We felt so relaxed there . We slept so well and felt so rested on leaving. Luigi the owner and Emanuela the manager were incredibly helpful and could not have done more for us. Nothing was a problem. We loved it.

It’s hard to find fault with it ! The only issue might be the stairs with very young children but you could put up a stair guard .

the apartment itself was fantastic and well equipped and spacious. Our contact with Luigi and Emanuela were great and the location perfect.

Unfortunately after a wonderful stay, we went to retrieve our car from the parking space provided and found our car window had been smashed into. The parking lot was obviously not well looked after. I would not recommend using this parking lot to anyone!
