No funcionaban varias de las luces de la casa Avisamos el primer día pero finalmente no se arregló

Bed sheets and pillow were not clean Poor security as I go in the main entrance and could not get into the apartment . Some had remove the key panel from the door and I was not given any keys nor the number I was given responded . It was 1am and I was left in the street till 3am thereafter I had to look for a taxi and look for an alternative hotel . I had to pay €500 for that night . In the morning they answered and said they will invite me for paella . I insisted on getting the €500 back but they didn’t take the responsibility on the other hand two days later they said I should of contacted smithlock who I don’t have a clue who are they ? Nor their number was mentioned any where ?! Apparently v they are not willing to take their responsibility, they said will will pay back one night which I am not sure if they will ?!! I had very bad experience in my communication with the host even when I asked for a light to be replace in one of the bed rooms they didn’t even bother to respond back. Imagine you coming back and you are not able to access your apartment, we were worried about our luggages and other stuff we left at the apartment.
