Apartamento al Parque Marbella, cerca de Mar y centro de Marbella

Beautiful apartment. Well maintained, spotlessly clean, loads of space, fabulous balcony with plenty of outdoor furniture, super comfy beds and pillows. Communication with the owner was prompt and they sent us a very comprehensive list of restaurants and supermarkets. The shared pool was lovely and the area was very quiet and peaceful. We loved everything.

There was an unfortunate issue with the Aircon which wasn’t working throughout our stay. It was pretty warm but we managed to get some cooler air into the apartment using the ceiling fans and by keeping the windows open and closing the shutters / fly screens. Emptying the rubbish bins is a bit confusing. You have to take your rubbish to the garage in the basement but it’s only open certain hours in the day. We didn’t realise this so we ended up having to carry our rubbish out to some outdoor bins at the moment when we were due to catch our taxi, so this delayed us slightly.

Absolutamente todo. El apartamento tiene una ubicación muy buena ( cerca de la playa, cerca casco antiguo, alrededor todo tipo de restaurantes, bares, panaderías, supermercados, farmacias etc. Si quieres sentirte como en casa esta será la mejor opción! El propietario es muy amable y en todo momento muy pendiente por nuestro bienestar. Apartamento muy limpio, cuidado y no le falta detalle.

La situación, limpieza y atención del dueño

Matthias was extremely helpful, provided some great recommendations and any assistance when needed. Location is super, very close to the beach and front walk way. Pool in the complex was pretty much deserted but extremely clean and well looked after. We were travelling with a 4 month old baby so having a spare room with a bathroom and to get dressed in was ideal. Apartment has shutters as well which was brilliant for a light sensitive baby and each room as individually controlled AC so we could switch it off in the baby room etc. can’t go wrong with this apartment too be honest. Loads of good options nearby, pubs and short walk to the old town!

Guess this would only apply to parents with a young baby but the noise from upstairs was as I they were in the room with you, they did seem to have a party and must have had the nosiest chairs know to man! They must have been playing musical chairs because of all the chair grinding! Not great with a baby trying to sleep but otherwise wouldn’t bother anyone else with a regular later sleeping time. Not the owners fault the apartment walls are like paper!
