This beautifully renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment is perfectly positioned directly on Marbella’s beachfront promenade, in the very heart of the city.

Offering uninterrupted sea views, a prime location, and access to three outdoor pools open year-round, this is an exceptional place to stay.

Set within a safe and gated community, the property is ideal for families and provides direct access to the beach walk.

Facing south, the apartment enjoys sun and features a terrace overlooking the pools, the promenade, and the Mediterranean Sea.

One of Marbella’s most popular beaches, Playa de la Fontanilla, is located directly in front of the building, while Playa del Faro and Playa de Venus are just 200–300 metres away.

The location is truly outstanding.

Everything is within easy walking distance — there is no need for a car. A wide selection of restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, and shops are just moments from your door.

The charming Old Town and Plaza de los Naranjos, known for its boutique shopping, tapas bars, and restaurants, is only a 5-minute walk away. Marbella Marina can be reached in less than 3 minutes, and a scenic one-hour walk along the promenade takes you all the way to Puerto Banús — widely considered one of the most beautiful coastal walks in the world.
