Amazing ocean views and great beach location
No much negative language threatening extra charges on placards and notices Staff all but one in the 5 days that I was there were unwelcoming and a little unfriendly

In a great location with superb views. However, the apartment needs modernizing and decorated. Air condition units leaked and a bucket was required to catch the water.
The building is shabby and sir conditioning needs repaired/renewed. On bed was on a slope.
