Was not able to evaluate the apartment since, upon the check-in, inside the box, there was no key. Need to book another apartment at the very last second after not receiving any help (nor answers on WhatsApp /phone) from the owner. Unfortunately, very bad experience. Even if a mistake can happen to anyone, when you work for clients (especially if tourists in "holiday mood"), you need to be very fast and effecting in solving any kind of minor issue. This was a huge problem and we perceived no urgency at all from the host. Not recommended.

Rimasti per strada senza alloggio

Il proprietario non ci ha mai inviato il codice per aprire la porta e, quando cercavamo di chiamarlo, non rispondeva nessuno (la prenotazione era già pagata). Il primo giorno della vacanza siamo rimasti bloccati fuori dalla porta, al freddo, di sera, senza un posto dove andare. Per fortuna, l'assistenza di Booking ci ha aiutato a trovare un'alternativa, ma non voglio pensare che dramma sarebbe se fosse successo ad una famiglia con bambini, con tanti bagagli oppure alle persone anziane che non conoscono la lingua del posto... Inoltre siamo stati a Marbella fuori stagione, altrimenti sarebbe impossibile trovare altra sistemazione anche per noi... Volevo anche dargli un beneficio del dubbio, forse era successo qualcosa al proprietario, ma anche dopo una settimana, non si è né fatto sentire né scusato... Ho valutato solo la posizione che è buona, vicino al centro, ma nonostante questo, non consiglio a nessuno quel posto se non volete rimanere per strada senza alloggio.

La experiencia en este alojamiento ha sido bastante decepcionante. El apartamento tenía paredes con humedad, algo poco higiénico y desagradable, que no se secaban durante el día, por lo que teníamos que dormir con toda esa humedad durante la noche. Además, la ducha pierde agua, lo que provoca que mientras te duchas se moje todo el baño, dejando el suelo completamente empapado. Por otro lado, la anfitriona no nos hizo caso ni mostró interés en solucionar los problemas durante nuestra estancia. Solo cuando ya nos habíamos ido del apartamento se puso en contacto con nosotros, lo cual nos pareció poco profesional. En general, el alojamiento necesita mejor mantenimiento y una mejor atención al cliente. No lo recomendaríamos en su estado actual.

El trato del personal , se equivocaron en los códigos de acceso de la caja y no hubo forma de contactar con ellos . Booking se encargó de todo . Al día siguiente fue un maleducado el dueño . En tres días no cambiaron ni toallas 1 por persona para tres días no había gel de ducha y tampoco cambiaron las sábanas ( eso sí , el dueño muy exigente para todo , maleducado) Nunca me ha pasado esto en ningún sitio del MUNDO donde he estado y si entiendolo mucho NI recomiendo este sitio solamente por el trato prepotente del dueño. Ya cada persona es libre de elegir

Pues tenia mucha independencia, todo my organizado con lo de las llaves y el como entrar en tu casa con tu llave y no tienes ni horario de entrada ni salida

Lo unico que no me gusto es el colchon estaba muy gastado y las sabanas muy desgastadas el algodon como echas bolas sabes y eso me picaba el cuerpo

Perfecto, muy recomendable

Ubicación muy cerca del casco histórico y de la playa, se puede hacer todo caminando. Todo estaba limpio y nuevo. Habia lo necesario para cocinar. La entrada al departamento es muy fácil. Lugar de estacionamiento gratis alrededor.

Está todo muy nuevo y bien cuidado. Tiene aire acondicionado. Y está ubicado muy cerca de cualquier tienda o sitio de comer. Y tiene wiffi , cosa que es perfecta.

Es una auténtica odisea intentar aparcar hasta una hora dando vueltas y vueltas... Muy difícil encontrar aparcamiento.

Communicatie met de host. Er waren jongens naast ons en boven ons die hard muziek aan hadden, slaan met de deuren meiden meenemen en dan moeten we nog ook s*xgeluiden aanhoren om 4 u ‘s nachts. Meneer de host neemt niet eens moeite om ze aan te spreken dus we hebben daar helemaal niet onze rust kunnen pakken! Niet voor herhaling vatbaar!!!

Excelente ubicación, a 10 minutos del pueblo y de la playa. Tiene aire acondicionado.

Muy pequeño. La cocina con muy escasa vajilla y cubertería, había solo dos de cada cosa. La nevera hacía mucho ruido, y la tienes al lado de la cabeza al ser la estancia tan reducida. Tiene terraza, pero sin mesa ni sillas. Tampoco tenía tendedero. La lavadora no era una lavadora normal, no estoy muy segura de que funcionase. Era un aparato pequeño y rudimentario.

Arredi nuovi e tutto mantenuto in ordine, la posizione è comoda per il centro storico. Serrature automatica , evitano di far portare con sé le chiavi.

La struttura per 3 persone è un po’ piccola, il terzo deve dormire su un divano letto molto scomodo. Appartamento situato in una strada dove parcheggiare è quasi impossibile, a sua discolpa in molte città della Spagna ho riscontrato questi problema dei parcheggi.

Paloma estuvo al 100% con nosotros. Un servicio genial! La zona es muy buena, sin apenas ruidos, y la insonorización de los apartamentos está muy bien
