This was the perfect location for us, easy to get to the beach and old town. The staff were attentive and made sure we had everything we needed.

I stayed here 2 weeks.
The location is perfect for enjoying Marbella.
It takes only 3 min to beach, 5 min to central/old town by foot.
The kitchen is very useful. In Marbella restaurants are quite expensive but there are some super markets and local fresh vegeshops near the apartment. All kitchen facilities include microwave, kettle and refrigerator are available in the room.
The bed mattresses and pillows are super comfortable. At night, here is quiet so could slept well.
The air conditioner works perfect.
There are 2 bathrooms. The shower water pressure is pretty low but could use hot water anytime.
There are no washing machine and dryer but coin laundry is 3min from there.(washing €6 dryer €1/5min)
The room is big.
The sharing rooftop balcony is nice as well.
CANNOT CONTACT/MEET WITH OWNER OR STAFF.
I was confused because I never saw/met the house owner or staff.
They just sent automated message through booking.com about checking in.
I tried to contact them more than 6 times about how to throw trash on the message system also WhatsApp which shows me on Information paper.
Then finally I got a reply as “I don’t have your room.”on WhatsApp. Thanks.
In case if you need their help, there are no hopes.
There are information QR codes which are NOT WORKING in the room.
I didn’t know that THEY DON’T DO ANY CLEANING SERVICE. That’s fine but it’s better to show on booking.com before confirmed reservation.
About trash you need bring to public garbage dump during night *after 19:00. It takes 5min by foot.
I asked how to do it to local neighbors.
There are no additional toilet papers.
There are no service for changing towels and bedsheets even if you stay half month here.
Sofa smells weird.

I really enjoyed my stay. I was here for more than 20 days and everything was excellent.
The apartment had everything I needed, including enough cutlery and all the essentials.
I felt very comfortable during my stay. I highly recommend these apartments — they are very good.

I had issues getting in because I had no signal. Alas, someone was on hand to help after having to wait 30 minutes for someone to come to the door.
Finding cock roaches every morning wasn't greatly appreciated. The room looked and smelled immaculately clean other than that.
Nowhere to wash 1 towel that I had for 5 days.
2 months on and my watch still hasn't been returned so has obviously been kept. Not e all... don't forget anything as the after care is woeful!!
