there are some drawbacks, but the location forgives many of them

Very good location, close to the sea and the old town. It's also convenient to get out and about. Comfortable beds. Kitchen appliances are adequate. Very good contact with the caretaker.

Unfortunately, no one mentioned that the building is undergoing renovations. This may be a problem for some. Minor equipment deficiencies have been reported, so they will certainly be fixed. A coffee table next to the sofa was missing in the living room. The exit from the parking lot is quite narrow and winding. If you have a large car, it's better to use the nearby underground parking lot.

Great location, really good sized apartment. Clean and in good order. Lovely bathrooms with great showers! Roof top pool area better than I imagined it would be. WiFi worked a treat.

Missed not having a kettle but a saucepan did the job! A little light of stuff in the kitchen if you are planning on self catering although didn't bother us!

Great location, but there was nowhere to sit outdoors if you don't want to burn!

Location was excellent, near to beaches, bars, restaurants and the old town. Beds and rooms comfortable, and very effective aircon.

The rooftop cafe was never open, and there was nowhere shaded to sit in comfort as there was no balcony/outdoor seating area with the apartment (rooftop cafe area would benefit from some comfortable sofas). The apartment could have done with a kettle. No information pack detailing public transport/hospital/beaches etc.

Lägenheten var modern, ljus, ren och fräsch. Det fanns 3 sovrum samt två toaletter m dusch, bra då vi var sju personer. Det fanns både diskmaskin och tvättmaskin vilket underlättade renhållning. Det var lätt att få kontakt med ägaren som var mycket trevlig. Mycket positiv till boendet som hade ett mycket bra läge. Ett stenkast från både Gamla stan och stranden.

Vi var sju personer och det saknades lite i köket för att tillgodose allt till alla. Annars var allt superbra. En uteterass hade varit trevligt, men det finns en inglasad terrass vilket också var ok. Liten utsikt över havet då en byggnad skymde sikten något.
