About this apartment rental
Unique and spacious, this recently renovated 3-bedroom open-plan apartment offers stunning sea views, a rooftop pool, and a ground-floor pool with direct beach access. Located in one of Marbella’s best areas, just a one- or two-minute walk from everything, yet in a quiet part of the promenade. The apartment (185 m²) is stylishly decorated.
Accommodates up to 6 adults, with sea views from every bedroom, the open-plan living area, and the terrace. There are 2 bathrooms (one en suite in the main bedroom) and a guest toilet. The integrated, fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed for a comfortable stay.
High-speed fiber optic internet is available. Two bedrooms have workspace. Bedroom 1 has 2 single beds; bedrooms 2 and 3 have king-size beds. The room with single beds can be converted to a king-size bed.
All amenities are in excellent condition: bathrooms, furniture, air conditioning, washer, dryer, sound system, and streaming TV.
Parking space available (small, not suitable for large cars or minibuses). Towels and bed linen included. Free cot and high chairs. Building with elevator.
No groups of young people or pets allowed.
Please note that government regulations on water use may apply during your stay, which could affect the pool, garden irrigation, or limit tap water use.

Fabulous apartment. Very clean and the views were exactly like the pictures. Apartment had all the items you need and was very comfortable. We will be definitely looking to stay here again on our next trip to Marbella.

We loved the location, you can walk anywhere. Even the downtown area is 10 minutes away. Views are perfect. You can hear the waves from most rooms. Nice decor

The apartment was clean and spacious and the view from the large patio amazing. The location was also great with many things including the historical area in easy walking distance. We enjoyed our stay.
The parking was a bit of a challenge as the space was small and on the bottom floor but we appreciated having parking available. The outside of the building could use some upkeep and renovation but the apartment itself was nice, clean and comfortable. If you want to watch TV, bring something to connect via HDMI cables as the TVs aren't connected to WiFi (but we weren't there to sit inside and watch TV so that was a minor inconvenience).
Overall we had a great time and enjoyed our stay and would recommend it!
