5A MTR - Marbella Temporary Rent Luminoso Apartamento Vista Mar Av del Mar

Location was very central - great for accessing everything like the beach and old town. The apartment was clean and the beds very comfortable. Although we did not get to make use of it, the balcony was nice too with a great view. The host was very quick to respond to any questions and they reached out to me prior to our stay to ask about arrival time etc. I highly recommend this apartment for a central stay in Marbella, despite a few of the things mentioned below.

The host had not prewarned us about a national holiday where the celebrations would be taking place directly below the air bnb in the local square. Had it been one or two days of our stay, this would not have mattered, but we were also with our toddler, which the host knew, and it affected everything as we could not hear one another speak it was so loud! The music went on from 12-9pm every day for the entire week. We had booked the apartment for the balcony and we were unable to use it. However, the host did take on board my feedback and offered us a few freebies as a goodwill gesture. If you book this apartment just make sure you check that there are no national holidays on at the same time. The apartment came with one tea towel for cleaning the surfaces. For the next guests it might be worth providing more cleaning cloths as the towel got very dirty.

Há que ter atenção aos duches que escoam mal a água e, se não se estiver atento, podem causar inundação. O parqueamento é apertado e complicado, sobretudo para carros de grandes dimensões, como foi o caso.
