Heel mooi appartement dicht bij de zee. Goede bedden. Communicatie met Juan was heel goed en duidelijk.

De communicatie met Juan was heel goed maar met het personeel ter plaatsen was minder: niet erg duidelijk, was niet aanwezig op afgesproken tijd en op afgesproken plaats om in te checken om 15 u, waardoor we weer via Juan moesten bellen. Koffiezetapparaat niet schoongemaakt ; zat nog oude capsule in , gebruikte handdoeken nog in korf. Hadden afgesproken om 11 u uit te checken maar was weer niemand aanwezig voor sleutel overdracht. Bericht werd niet gelezen. Daarom maar weer met Juan gebeld en met hem maar weer n regeling getroffen.

The Location was great, it is right at the end of the promenade so not right in the middle of the busy area, but only a short stroll away. The old town is only minutes away. Everything was very near and there is an ALDI and a supermarket next door. The Apartment is located in an older , but lovely and well maintained building, It is a very bright and spacious apartment with 2 bathrooms, spotlessly clean. Towels and beach towels provided. The beds were very comfy and with a good quality mattress. A bonus was having 2 good quality pillows each. Kitchen was good size and we were able to cook some nights. There is a lovely bright room which gives you a side view of the sea, its floor to ceiling windows and the upper half can be opened to let the air in and you can hear the waves on the beach, there is a couch at the end of it. Off that is the living and dining room . It was advertised as 3 bedrooms, however it is 2 bedrooms with a sofabed in the living room. When you walk out the front door , and go down the steps onto the prom, you are on the beach. The pool is deep, so not really suitable for small kids., but fine for adults and older kids. The pictures of the property are as they are advertised. This was our first time in Marbella, what a beautiful place, the beaches, old town, promenade, you can walk/cycle the golden mile all the way to puerto banus which we did. Amazing!. Great selection of restaurants/bars/cafes and shopping. We will definitely return.

The shutters on the bedrooms were not working and despite maintenance coming on our second day, they didnt fix them and did not appear again for the whole of our stay. The bedrooms look onto the sunroom which is full of windows and light. If you wanted darkness to sleep you wouldnt have got it. However we still slept, though woke earlier , which is fine for us we are early birds.

Excellent location right by the beach and a short walk to the old town.
