About this apartment rental
The apartment has air conditioning though out , the first floor has a modern living,dining area with a 60 inch tv and high speedfree wifi /broadband and a sleek kitchen, there is a sofa bed suitable for older children, one bedroom with two single beds, wardrobes and 2 sets of drawers and a bathroom with shower toilet and bidet. Upstairs is the second bathroom with shower, toilet and double sink, master bedroom with super king size bed 2 large sets of drawers and wardrobes, the bedroom has patio doors which leads onto a private balcony with views of the sea and the marina , Puerto Banus, also Gibraltar and Africa on a clear day. The fabulous terrace is a relaxing haven whether day or night with sun loungers comfortable seating and outdoor dining. With views of the sea one way and the old town and mountains another. A utility room contains a sink and washing machine for use. A safe is provided, the kitchen has a Bean to cup Delonghi coffee machine, Nespresso coffee machine, a dishwasher, oven, microwave and toaster. A designated parking space is provided in the underground car park. The apartments have a lovely pool area with shower rooms to use. PLEASE NOTE IN 2025 July and August only, 2 guests per unit are allowed at the pool area at any time to prevent overcrowding. This may carry forward into future years. Please check with me if this will affect you booking. This penthouse duplex apartment with its dream positioning has everything you could wish for your perfect trip to Marbella.

Fantastic apartment, situated in an amazing location, perfect for the Old Town and right on the beach and promenade. Communication was really good with Cath and Lisa. Organised transfers and were always available for any questions or queries. Would definitely recommend this apartment for any stay in Marbella.

Simply couldn’t fault a single thing about our stay!The apartment itself is incredible, beautiful views, stunning morning to night. Everything right on your doorstep, we will 100% be returning to stay here, loved it!The hosts and Lisa couldn’t have done more for us, first class !

We had a fantastic time. The apartment was lovely in a really great location! Lisa was especially helpful in recommendations for things to see and do; she also responded quickly to any questions or concerns we had.

Nice apartment and very recomendable if you don’t want to move your car , located in Marbella downtown but in front of the beach . You have different beaches in 5 minutes walking, with sand or gravel . Close to all fancy places in Marbella but quiet by night . In the 70 m2 outdoor terrace you can have a dinner, breakfast … it’s perfect. Cath the owner is so nice and help you anything you need. Peter , the local person in Marbella same thing. Thank you for this 10 days that we spent in Marbella.
