1) Getting into the property is a f***ing joke. The procedure is incredibly overcomplicated. You need a whole manual - codes, an app, a map - just to get in. If I wanted an experience like that, I’d pay for an Escape Room game. I came here to relax... 2) You can ONLY enter the building with a smartphone. So, you can't go for a walk, out to dinner, or for a swim without having to carry your phone with you. And if I want to swim in the sea, where am I supposed to put the phone...? I hated this system. 3) The parking spot on the minus 4th level is a good option, but there’s nowhere to park in front of the building when checking in or out. The key is inside the apartment, and you have to leave it after the chack-out. Yet, finding a parking spot in the nearby streets is impossible... 4) I don't like the E&W company's punitive attitude. Arrive late? Penalty. Leave a dirty towel behind? Penalty. Forget to take out the trash? Penalty. I understand everything, honestly, but in return, there are some pretty cheap solutions... 5) For instance, do they really have to skimp on single-ply toilet paper? 3-ply toilet paper is the standard elsewhere in Europe. It’s a joke. Then there are the interior doors - they’re quite old, and the handles are terrible. Plus, one of the air conditioners smelled bad; it really needs a cleaning. I wouldn't bring these up, but the contrast with the punitive attitude described earlier is stark.
