Big and cozy apartment with a big terrace in the center of the old town Marbella

Erg fijne locatie midden in het oude deel van Marbella.

Zijn niet echt min punten te noemen. Is een prima locatie.

Wonderfully central but at the same time, exceptionally quiet and peaceful. Pleasantly furnished and well equipped. We had an excellent stay. We particularly loved the sunny roof terrace. Everything in the apartment worked, and the host was exceptionally welcoming and helpful.

Big and cozy apartment with a big terrace in the Center of the Old Town Marbella is, as the name suggests, a spacious and charming one-bedroom apartment in a fantastic location in the heart of Marbella's Casca Antiguo. Despite being in the most convenient spot, just around the corner from the famous Plaza de los Naranjos, the apartment is in a quiet street and we slept very well there (there was also a large and comfy bed!) We particularly loved the large, sunny roof terrace  where we ate  breakfast each dat enjoying the views of Iglesia de Nuestra Señora de la Encarnación, and over the whole of Marbella. It is a real suntrap during the day, and we also had drinks there each evening.  The owner, Connie, is the perfect host who could not be more helpful. She lives nearby and was always on hand to provide help and advice.  She thoughtfully provided drinks and snacks for our arrival, and gave us lots of excellent recommendations for restaurants in Marbella and on where to find free parking close by. The apartment is clean and comfortable with many homely touches that you don't find in a more 'corporate' setting.  It suited us very well for our stay in Marbella and we have no hesitation in recommending Connie's property to others. We hope to return soon.

Posizione centrale e a 600metri dalla spiaggia; host cortese e disponibile, sempre pronta a rispondere a domande e a dare consigli, non solo a consegnare e ritirare le chiavi. Appartamento spazioso, pulito, ben arredato e super corredato. Noi ci torneremo.

Anche la mancanza dell'aria condizionata in alcuni locali dell'appartamento viene ben gestita: noi abbiamo usato questo appartamento in giornate molto calde in cui la temperatura superava abbondantemente i 30° C e, con le varie finestre, i ventilatori e il condizionatore nella sala, siamo stati bene.
