SKOL 335. Fantastic Beachfront Apartment Facing South.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento insieme a mia mamma e ci siamo trovate davvero molto bene. La posizione è estremamente comoda, perfetta per raggiungere tutto con facilità, sia a piedi che con i mezzi. L’appartamento non è nuovissimo, ma è ben tenuto e soprattutto dotato di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Appena fuori dal cancello ce una spiaggia con tanti ombrelloni e lettini , e tanti ristoranti direttamente sulla spiaggia. Ci siamo sentite a nostro agio fin da subito. Un’ottima soluzione per chi cerca praticità, comodità e un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo. Lo consigliamo volentieri!

Property was spacious, clean and comfortable.

Apartment is dated and could do with some modernisation, in particular the bathroom. It’s perfectly functional as is but it’s dated and the shower is very small.

The location - amazing. Literally two minutes from the beach, short walk into the centre. Nice Irish pub next door. We had a balcony with a stunning view of the pools and the beach. The apartment itself was clean and spacious. I liked that there was a lift, and there were multiple entrances/exits from the apartment block so depending on where you were going you could use a specific entrance.

The apartment was a little outdated I'd say which isn't a huge deal, the toilet however needed to be fixed after every flush and there was no soap in the bathroom or kitchen. I found the pillows and mattress quite hard, but that's probably personal taste, and there was construction going on next door at the time - but that's not really the owner's fault, nothing can be done about such things.
