The location is perfect - quiet and peaceful even though it is close to the beach, all the bars, restaurants and shops There is also a lovely terrace. The information manual in the lounge is useful.

Be aware that there are a lot of very steep steps leading up to the front door which can be difficult with heavy luggage. However the owner did meet us at the property to help on arrival and offered to help on our departure. There is a double and twin bedroom on the first floor and it wasn’t possible to take large suitcases up to this floor owing to the very narrow spiral staircase (there is no lift). 4 of the ladies had to leave their suitcases in the entrance and carry the contents to the bedroom on day 1. The stairs to the terrace are also very steep.

Fantastic location just off Orange Square in old town Marbella. Great space and lovely roof Terrace. Fully equipped house. Joseph was a fantastic host and very helpful.

We've stayed before in this area many times and this really is a gem of a place.

This house is unique and quirky. So different from the "norm". Joseph was very helpful, giving us tips on lovely restaurants and bars to visit.
