This was our 2nd visit to this amazing villa. Mar (owner) is outstanding and always contactable. Villa was spotlessly clean and kitchen very well equipped. Pool area is large and grassy so not hot underfoot. we didn't have it heated and it was lovely to use. the vast covered veranda is a big plus,we used it all day for eating/relaxing/table tennis. only 2 things to note:no bathroom on upper level,just room en suites. turn through gate quite tight, so might be difficult for large MPV/SUV. Thanks for a great family holiday.

We booked this villa for a family holiday with our young children (age 1 and 5) and my husbands parents. After seeing the photographs and reading the reviews, we were looking forward to our stay, but on arrival, we realised the villa was so much more than we expected. The location was great, 10 minutes walk to the beach. Here there was a great beach bar (The Point) which served lovely food and drinks. There was an activity centre with jet skis, banana boats, pedalos and more! The boardwalk along the beach was great for an evening stroll. There was a bus stop at the end of the street taking you straight into Marbella or Puerto Banus. The villa itself was beautiful, lovely decor, lots of space and excellent facilities. We have stayed in many villas, but this by far had the best facilities, especially if travellling with children. There were many toys for all ages, a pushchair, bed guard, potty, baby bath, changing table and 2 cots and high chairs. The pool is a great size and the outdoor seating area with fridge was really useful. Mar, the villa owner, is a lovely lady. Extremely helpful, and always on hand if you need her. We will definitely return to this villa! We can not recommend it enough!

We had an amazing week with family and two children under 2. The villa has everything you need, particularly well equipped for the children, my grandson loved it. The owner Mar was extremely helpful and easy to contact! Great pool area and beautiful sea views from the terrace. We would highly recommend this villa. Easy to walk to the paseo and beach and a walk into Marbella took 45 mins. Advisable to have a car, although Ubers easy to get. A fab week!

We really enjoyed our stay here - the villa is so spacious with lots of seating areas and a lovely outdoor area. The villa has everything you need and more, the activities and kids toys are a real bonus. Rooms are very spacious each with their own bathroom. There is no toilet on the upper floor but you can access the outdoor area from each room so it wasn’t too much of an issue. Communication with the host was absolutely excellent- Mar replied straight away to a couple of queries we had. Fantastic villa

We were a family group of adults staying for 2 weeks in sept. this villa has great outdoor space. pool area has large lawned area around it. we didn't have the pool heated , and were able to use it every day. the large veranda with the big round table was used for every meal, sheltered even when it was raining. Kitchen was a good size and separate from living area, fridge and freezer was big enough for us. there is no dryer, but the weather was good enough to dry outside on the frame. Pool table and Table tennis were great. We didn't use the air con in the main living area as we like to have doors open and fresh air. air con worked well in bedrooms when we had really warm nights. 3 of 4 bathrooms are good size, one has smaller shower cubicle. FYI no toilets on living level, only in ensuites. very tight turn into property through gate. we hired Ford KUGA/Renault Kadjar , anything bigger would have been quite tricky . you can walk to beach ,using bridge over the dual carriageway, then onto boardwalk,but we used taxi/uber to get into town as was abit too far to walk for us. need transport to get to supermarket easily.

This villa has everything you will require for a fabulous holiday with your family or friends. We stayed there for a week in July (6 adults and my grandson who is 3). The villa is well equipped and the owners have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and something to remember. The beach is a short walk (8-10 minutes), via a bridge across the busy main road. We found catching the bus into Marbella really easy from the bus stop 200m down the road (8 euros for the whole group). Taxi back home were easy (10-12 euros per car). Mar, the owner gives you a useful pack of information which covers everything ie. best ways to walk to the beach, best local restaurants, bus time tables, and other really good info. I would recommend this villa to family and friends without hesitation.

We have just returned from a week in this excellent villa. We were 8 adults and all had good sized bedrooms with our own en suite bathrooms. Great outdoor space with barbecue, fridge table chairs etc which were used daily. We chose to have pool heated which was an advantage as weather bit cool while we were there. Villa well equipped and clean with sea views from upstairs balcony. Nice walk into Marbella along walkway and easy to get taxi back but found bus service not so good. Owners were excellent. Communication good. Offered to get us shopping in for arrival which was a big help. Gave list and it was all there on arrival. Lots of notices with taxi numbers, instructions for appliances takeaways etc. We did not have children with us but excellent range of toys etc provided We made good use of pool table but but too windy for table tennis.

We spent a week in the villa over Easter with our children and grandchildren. Nobody wanted to leave. There is everything you could need in the villa for all ages. Our children and grandchildren (14, 8, 6, 3) all loved the Pool table and the table tennis tables. The pool area was unbelievable with 10 sun beds, a play area , bbq area and water volleyball net, all of which we used. The villa and gardens were very very clean. Communication with Mar the owner was second to none. She ordered a grocery shop for us on arrival and allowed us to enter the villa earlier than expected as she had gone out of her way to have it ready. We did not have a car which was fine as we transferred from the airport with Malaga tours recommended by Mar. It was a good 25 min walk to the large supermarket but taxis outside brought us back for 11 euros. There is a smaller supermarket attached to a petrol station nearer from which we bought fresh bread and pastries. We used Uber to take us to Marbella centre and to the port to catch the ferry to Puerto Banus. Highly recommended for families and friends. We will definitely be returning. Thank you Mar for the loan of your “yellow house” as our younger grandchildren called it.

Beautiful villa with pool, lovely gardens and fantastic living areas. Communication really good by the owner who was prompt in reply, friendly and very accommodating. Brilliant option for anyone looking for easy access into Marbella but not right in the middle of the town to allow some quiet time! We have stayed in many villas over the years and this was our best experience. The villa is actually even nicer than the pictures show and Mar is incredibly responsive. She ordered and had a shop ready for us on arrival and was very quick to respond to anything we asked of her during the trip. She had very clear walking directions to everywhere we needed to go and the villa was perfect for 2 families with lots of space and less than 10 mins walk to the beach. The pool table and ping pong was used a lot.! The taxi service was on time every time and it was less than 10 mins to Marbella centre. We’ll definitely be back if we return to Marbella. A group of 8 ladies away for a hen weekend. Cannot fault the property or the owner. Mar was fantastic, nothing was too much trouble, we all arrived and left at different times but she was accommodating for all our varying needs and even did our initial food shop for us so it was waiting for us when we arrived. The villa was beautiful, clean, great gardens, very well equipped. We wanted for nothing. Cannot recommend this property enough... thank you Mar!!

I am from Carmel by the Sea, California and my daughter and her family live in Amsterdam. We wanted a place in the warm weather where we could all enjoy beach and swimming in a pool. Mar's villa was perfect for us! Plenty of room, a fabulous pool for all of us, and an easy walk to the beach--although the little ones (2 and 5) weren't wild about sand! Most of our days were spent in the pristine pool, and we had just a wonderful time. Plenty of towels, dishes, glasses and TOYS for the little ones, floaty animals in the pool, and just lots of fun. Four big bedrooms with four bathrooms. It was perfect! The only problem: don't rent a 7-passenger van. Just too big for driving around Spain!

We have just returned from a fabulous 11 night stay at this villa as a family and I do not usually leave reviews but wanted to for this villa. There were 9 of us - 6 adults, a 9 year old, 6 year old and 15 month old and the villa worked perfectly for us. The pictures do not do it justice, there is so much space, the terrace is beautiful with wonderful views to the sea just below. There is a very large lounge with a pool table and outside there is a table tennis table. There is space to eat outside on the terrace, down by the pool, in the lounge or in the kitchen. The pool was a lovely size and perfect warm temperature with comfy sun beds. There is a big BBQ that we used a few times as well. We walked down to the beach a few times, very doable even in the hot sun. The beach was very lovely and not as busy as in front of the main hotels, although you could walk on to there in about 15-20 mins. A few times we got the bus into the town centre, this was very easy to do as only a few minutes walk to the bus stop and a five minute ride - we never waited more than a couple of minutes as lots of buses are on that route. It was also easy to get the bus back or pick up a taxi. The owners were very helpful and attentive, greeting us when we arrived even though we were very late due to a delayed flight. They also contacted us half way through to check all was OK and let us leave our bags at the villa to go exploring on our last day after check out. The villa worked very well for our family (grandparents, children and grandchildren) and we could also see how well it works for groups of friends. The weather was fantastic the whole time too. We will definitely recommend this villa to friends and hope to return!

The villa had everything that you needed. Kitchen very well equipped, Wifi excellent, and clean & tidy. Takes about 35 minutes to walk into Marbella, so really to get about, you do need a car. Nearest bar that we bound was about a 20 minute walk away, right on the beach. All in all a good place to stay , although I think we must have had the worst late April weather ever!

What an amazing 4 days we had at this stunning villa. We were a group of 10 girls and we cannot fault it at all. It is fully equipped with everything to need or want. Mar & Robert welcomed us on our arrival and as it was my birthday they had banners up and had made bites for us to eat and had beer chilling. So nice of them. We will definitely be back with our families and would highly recommend this villa and hosts to everyone. Xx

Seven of us stayed for a long weekend and had such an amazing time. The villa is spacious and really well equipped. Beautiful views towards the sea and a perfect location - a short walk to the beach or a short taxi ride to the centre of Marbella. Mar, the owner was so welcoming and helpful. We stayed at the villa for three nights on a hen do and it was absolutely amazing. The location was only a short taxi ride from Marbella and very close to the beach. We couldn’t have hoped for a better villa!

I couldn’t recommend this villa enough. Comfortable travel distance from airport! Amazing location to the beach and shops etc. Home is beautiful in its self and very spacious. We travelled as a group for my partners 30th and we will definitely return with the children! Mar and Robert are fabulous hosts and I would hesitate to recommend this villa to friends and family!

We had a four night hen weekend at this villa for 7 ladies from 28th Feb - 4 March 2019. We chose this villa very last minute due to our original villa not working out (now I can say I am grateful that the original plan fell through) as we found this beauty. We arrived at the villa and was met by a lovely young couple Mar and Robert. The entrance area had a ‘it’s your hen’ banner for the bride to be and the bride to be’s room was also decorated with a banner. We were shown around the villa, presented with keys and shown what keys were for which doors, signed a few papers and the villa was all ours for four nights. We had to get some shopping in which was about 10/12 minutes driving from the villa, which Mar and Robert were very helpful with. They were available if we needed or had any queries and they were so welcoming and helpful. The villa itself is absolutely stunning and even better than the images, it is very spacious and clean from the living room you walk onto the veranda and you’re overlooking the pool area, the beautiful sea view and then too the left you can also see the mountains. It is a perfect location with stunning views. Over the course of the four nights, we had days of relaxing by the pool, we went to enjoy the beach minutes from the villa, we had a bbq pool party, we had hen games night by the pool and in the villa, we took an Uber into peurto banis (10/15 minutes car ride) for dinner and we went clubbing at Joys and we went onto another club but Joy was our personal favorite. (Unfortunately there was a language barrier when calling the taxi’s so getter Uber’s were the better option and the taxi’s meter started at about 3/4 euros. The villa is suitable for so many events even if you do not wish to leave the villa it is so big with so much to do. We have a lot of family and friends requesting details and I will definitely recommend this villa. No doubt about it Mar and Robert will be seeing us again. Thank you for your help and hospitality... honestly this villa stay is a must do not hesitate to BOOK, I know will be booking again.

On arrival we were met by Mar and Robert who are a lovely young couple and make you feel very welcome in their holiday home. We were showed around the villa and we just loved the space that it gave our family. Although we were less than originally planned, having other visitors to the home still made it a large and spacious area to meet up. We entertained one evening for 15 people and there was plenty of crockery and cutlery to go around;so fully equipped for the larger groups. Because of the time of the year the pool was cold so we didn't venture into it, however it was very clean and very inviting for the brave. Mar and Robert ensured that when we arrived there was a welcome drinks cooler of some beers and water, a lovely little extra. Also unlike other homes we have visited, they leave what the previous visitors had left i.e. we had loads of choice of teas and coffee. Plenty of spices and herbs in the cupboard too if you decide to cook at the villa, which we did a lot of. Our only problem whilst we were there was the temperature of the water, but Instantly Mar and Robert got a plumber to the home to sort it out. They were just on hand all the time and especially just having a little baby too, a very pleasant couple. I would have no hesitation in recommending this beautiful villa to anyone. Yes a few little things need updating, but I understand from Mar that this is going to be addressed over the year. . I would almost certainly book this villa again if needing such a large home like we did this time. p.s. just be careful when driving into the property, the driveway is at an angle and I managed to damage the passenger side of our rented car - so do take out full insurance when renting a car. And another point, don't know when it happened but it now costs Euros 80 for a taxi to get to Marbella from the airport!!!
