El Rio Azalea Beach Townhouse - Nueva Andalucia, just 250 m from the ocean

A fantastic, fully equipped home in Nueva Andalucia / Puerto Banús with all the amenities you could want. Open the gate and you’ll find the pools right outside. This lovely, spacious 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom home is located in the well-maintained Azalea Beach – El Rio residential community, just 250 meters from the ocean and the boardwalk. It’s a 15-minute walk to the harbor in Puerto Banús and all the fantastic restaurants, bars, and clubs it has to offer. If you head toward San Pedro instead, you’ll find bars, restaurants, and cafes within a five-minute walk from the house.
The middle floor of the house features a kitchen, laundry room, guest bathroom, and a large living room. Through the comfortable living room—which also includes a dining area with a large dining table (featuring two extendable leaves) that seats 10–12 people—you can access the patio and the pools, located right outside the gate. The partially covered terrace is tastefully furnished with a lounge set, as well as a dining table and chairs. El Rio has five pools, two of which are for children.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, and everything else you need for daily living. The laundry room has a washer and dryer. From the spacious and very comfortable living room, you have access to a cozy patio that offers privacy. The area is very quiet and safe. There is a nice playground right outside the complex.
On the top floor is the master bedroom with access to a furnished terrace. The bedroom has direct access to the bathroom. There is plenty of closet space. On this floor, there are two additional bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with a 140 cm-wide bed. These bedrooms share a bathroom. The lower level consists of a large entertainment room—with comfortable sofas, a TV, and more. There are also two bedrooms on the lower level. One bedroom has a double bed and direct access to its own bathroom. The fifth bedroom has a 150 cm wide bed and also has its own bathroom with a shower. The lower level is great for older children to spend time in, and it stays cool and comfortable in the summer.
All bedrooms on the upper level have AC for both cooling and heating. The living room also has AC.
There’s a TV in the living room, and the one on the lower level has Chromecast.
