Property was fantastic was location, very clean.

Would not recommend for big stag groups. Was made very uncomfortable, told numerous times we might get thrown out the apartments for making too much noise even though it was literally a few drinks by the pool.

Extremely helpful staff at check in when we were having issues with the gate and obtaining the keys. Staff were always on hand via call, they also provided transfer service return trip from the airport at a extremely reasonable price

Comfortable and well-equipped apartment in very good quiet location

In late June, I stayed with two girlfriends for four nights in an apartment overlooking the pool. The reception was friendly and extremely flexible. Despite our late flight, the hostess waited for us punctually to provide the key and all necessary explanations. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and very well appointed. There is a pleasant, cozy terrace with a gate that gives direct access to the communal pool. We were fortunate that it was very quiet, and we didn't see any other guests at the pool, allowing us to enjoy it privately. Additionally, the shutters provided excellent blackout at night. The wifi worked very well, and the air conditioning was also efficient. All the windows and doors had bars, which made it feel safe. There was ample free parking right outside the door. The location is sublime—quietly situated in a community with a supermarket around the corner, yet close to the main road for easy access to downtown or a nearby village. It’s recommended for both friends and families to enjoy together in peace, while still being close enough for outings.

There was nothing that made our stay very unpleasant, but there are some areas that could enhance the vacation experience: Several mornings, we were awakened by the sound of maintenance work. While we understand that such work is necessary, it would be better if it didn't occur in the morning when guests want to sleep in. This noise was also disruptive during breakfast. The apartment could use more glasses and cutlery. We often had to wash dishes immediately to have enough for the next meal. Additionally, the cutlery wasn't very clean upon our arrival, so we washed it ourselves first.

Great location for Marbella and PB. A pool right outside the property was great and parking close to the apartment. The supermarket on site is fantastic.

Very good

The Villa was lovely, set in a quiet residential street. It has been well maintained and is fully equipped. The swimming pool was right outside the back patio gate. The pool has a beautiful garden surround and this area is immaculately kept.

The Villa is a little out of town so in the heat of summer a car is a must. (Though we survived with ubers and taxis.)

Huge apartment and a short taxi to the port

Huge apartment, lots of communal space, outdoor area and two bathrooms was very handy. We organised Ubers to get around from immediately outside the room, which was great.

Unfortunately, the apartment smelt of stale smoke when you returned to it each time. This must be lingering from previous occupiers. Perhaps it could be suggested that it's non-smoking inside with signs up, as this is really off-putting for people who do not smoke. Everything else was great.

The location was good, not far in a taxi to Puerto Banus centre. Pools were lovely. The buildings and surrounding areas were beautiful.

We were in 2 apartments which were located a good 5/10mins away, would have been nice to be closer.

The property was very clean, very friendly staff, with greats restaurant on the compound and plenty of parking. The pool was also a great bonus. Felt very comfortable and homely at the property. There was also timely assistance via Whatsapp.

Ideally, you need a car. Also the reception was a bit tricky to find.

The staff are scammers who like to pray on young people’s income by making up false accusations and taking full deposits without any just reasoning. They lied and would not provide proof of damage for 3 weeks just to take my deposit and were extremely rude in the process.

Good value flat in a nice complex near amenities but in need of some updating.

The pool was lovely and so were the grounds. The flat was quite big and worked well for 6 adults.

The property was dated and in need of some renovations. The boiler and air con were not working. However, within 20mins of messaging someone was there to help. They organised maintenance to come round who did fix the boiler but not the air con. This would have been an issue if it was any hotter.

The chairs and sunbeds on the terrace were in really poor condition and dirty. Frying pans and pots should be renewed immediately. It would be good to paint the surfaces.

Brillaint stay

Apartments were very clean and well furnished. The supermarket was very handy and the main town centre was litually 6/7 minute drive away. I would definitely recommend.

Our particular apartments backyard didn't see alot of the sun but we didn't mind too much as we were either out or around the pool. Apart from that I really can't fault it.
