Luxury Penthouse Marbella Walk to Banus

Host was really responsive and contactable Location good with only 20min walk to Banus port Quite complex Complex with handy supermarket and cafes Lots space in apartment for 5 people Bonus was having washing machine and dryer

Needed to be re-cleaned as we didn’t think the cleaning standards were as good as they should have been ! 2nd shower room was pointless as no enclosure, water was everywhere ! Insufficient hot water system for larger parties- not enough for 5 people to shower ! Balcony doors don’t lock Lovely quiet pool area but really poor facilities as nothing to sit or lye on, only the grass which has a lot of insects!

No issues

From booking the accomodation, to checking in and checkout - the host’s communication was excellent. The apartment is very spacious, perfect for family trips or a group of friends. Location wise, you’re right in the middle of all major amenities and there’s plenty of parking. I really liked that Mercadona is literally behind the apartment so picking up quick snacks is super convenient.

The 2nd bathroom could not be used which meant 6 of us only having 1 bathroom which obviously is not adequate. One key for all 6 guests also not acceptable especially as you need the key to exit the gate. On arrival the key box to access gate was impossible to find easily as the sign I had been instructed to find to access the key box was completely covered with foliage. It took us over 1 1/2 hours to finally find it with the help from a local lady and then when the key box was found there was no key 🤔🤷‍♀️ it took another hour trying to get someone to let us in…definitely not the start we wanted for our first day of our holiday
