Luxury Penthouse Marbella Walk to Banus

From booking the accomodation, to checking in and checkout - the host’s communication was excellent. The apartment is very spacious, perfect for family trips or a group of friends. Location wise, you’re right in the middle of all major amenities and there’s plenty of parking. I really liked that Mercadona is literally behind the apartment so picking up quick snacks is super convenient.

Die Unterkunft liegt super in Marbella – direkt vor der Tür gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, und auch die Stadtmitte mit ihren Hotspots zum Shoppen, zahlreichen Restaurants und den schönen Stränden ist nicht weit entfernt. Es stehen mehrere Außenpools zur Verfügung, sodass man je nach Bedarf und Stimmung wählen kann. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und sauber, die Wohnung selbst ist bestens ausgestattet – inklusive Klimaanlage, was bei den Temperaturen besonders angenehm ist. Der Kontakt mit dem Hausmanagement war hervorragend: schnell, freundlich und unkompliziert. Check-in und Check-out verliefen reibungslos und ohne Stress.

The 2nd bathroom could not be used which meant 6 of us only having 1 bathroom which obviously is not adequate. One key for all 6 guests also not acceptable especially as you need the key to exit the gate. On arrival the key box to access gate was impossible to find easily as the sign I had been instructed to find to access the key box was completely covered with foliage. It took us over 1 1/2 hours to finally find it with the help from a local lady and then when the key box was found there was no key 🤔🤷‍♀️ it took another hour trying to get someone to let us in…definitely not the start we wanted for our first day of our holiday
