Great apartment in a building with nice swimming pool in prime location close to the beach and PB downtown.
Some things to consider adding to improve customers experience: couple of beach chairs and umbrella, TVs with Netflix, more than 4 chairs, few things in the kitchen (trays, knives, etc), towel hangers in one of the bathrooms

This apartment is perfectly located and has a fabulous terrace. It has direct access to the beach and is just a short walk away from the large shopping centre/supermarket. It is quieter than being in the very popular marina area but a short walk away if you want to go and people watch. The rental company were great about keeping in touch and were there to meet us when we arrived. All in all a great experience.

Fabulous week in Spain. Apartment in a fantastic position for everything but most of all the beautiful beach. Not a long enough stay. Big apartment, more than big enough for us 4 adults. Kitchen, although small, has 'everything' you could wish for in it. The walkways inside the building where beautiful. Our favourite place, the balcony but I'm English and we don't get to spend everyday outside, absolutely loved it. Appreciated the canopies as the sun came round too, beautiful. We'll visit again soon.

We had a fabulous stay in the property. Location can’t be better - close to the beaches at Golden Mile and and all amenities in Puerto Banus. The team of Banus Rentals went above and beyond to ensure our stay is memorable - the helped us sorting out a suitable parking space for our car in the building and also sent a technician quickly to open the property when we left the key in the lock. Definitely will book with Banus Rentals again.
