We kindly ask that you use electricity wisely and respectfully during your stay. This includes being mindful of the air conditioning system—please turn it off when you don’t need it or when you leave the room. By doing so, you help us conserve energy and protect the beautiful natural environment around us.

Your Malaga Host
Note: The villa has a motion detector in the living room as part of the security system. It is not a camera and does not record anything. During your stay, the alarm system is turned off, so the motion detector is inactive and cannot detect movement.
Maximum Occupancy: No more than 9 guests are allowed in the rental at any time. (Please inquire about additional infants; it may be possible to accommodate them in a crib.)
No Parties: Parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited.
Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 10 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during these hours. (Please note that we have installed sound monitoring devices at the property. If excessive noise is detected, we will be notified immediately. In such a case, we may be required to cancel your reservation unless the noise is promptly reduced)
No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted on the property, including both indoor and outdoor areas.
No Pets: Pets are not allowed in the rental. Please make alternative arrangements for your pets.

• In case of lost keys, a fee of 50€ will be charged
to cover replacement
• Any damaged or permanently stained item
will be charged 25€ per unit to cover replacement
• To ensure a sustainable and efficient turnover, we kindly request that guests use only the beds corresponding to the number of guests booked. If all beds are used unnecessarily, a supplementary linen and cleaning fee of 25€ per bed will be charged.
