Did not feel safe there except when I double locked the door. Very poor check in process.

Best part of this property is the lovely interiors and the immaculate cleaning the house keeper gives it before guests arrive. It’s really comfortable and well laid out. Has everything you need for a few days stay.

The photos do not show its hidden down a muddy tree lined lane way right next to a Playboy Bunny club. It’s also beside an area of wild camping with a variety of characters sleeping there. Inside the complex outdoor beds are shabby and the area at the back of the apartment (Green area) is unusable due to rotting covers on makeshift couch. I kept that locked.

Gréât location but thé appartement needs cleaning . Poor kitchen equipment.

Great location very close to Puerto Banus and Marbella. Restaurants and bars 5 minutes drive.

The place was not clean and the mattress was disgusting with pre spots all over it. Couldn’t really sleep on it the first night. It was changed the following day only.

I feel robbed that I paid €816 euro to stay there

Being close to the beach was nice

Bed was uncomfortable and made a lot of noise, the other guests partied until very late and the owners of the property did nothing to enforce their own rules regarding noise, there was cockroaches in the pool. Supermarket was far away and the hosts were very unhelpful about leaving bags there before going to the airport on the last morning.

Cosy

It was a small family cosy place where the long rental people were very friendly.

The view of the ocean was ruined with high piles of sand right beneath the entrance to the beach. Luckily we had a car as it was as far off you could get on the beach walk. It takes 50 minutes to walk to central Puerto Banus.

Ruined holidays

The lady was already there waiting for us to hand over the keys but doesn’t speak English which made it difficult to ask questions regarding the facilities.

We didn’t like the fact that we weren’t told about the work that it’s getting done inside the Linda vista. Next door in particular which made it very very unpleasant uncomfortable holidays for me and my husband as we have been woken up VERY EARLY MORNINGS after spending nights partying. The view to the beach was impossible as once again we weren’t put aware of the huge piles of ciment literally on the beach that it was suppose to be a private space for this accommodation. very disappointed. And never booking again this accommodation.

L’emplacement.

Logement un peu sombre à mon goût. Odeur très désagréable et persistante malgré le fait d’avoir aéré quotidiennement le logement. Quelques affaires personnelles se sont même retrouvées imprégnées de cette senteur. J’ai dû tout nettoyer et laver. Présence quotidienne de fourmis dans le logement dès le premier jour et sans raison aucune (rez-de-chaussée). Quelques nuisances sonores en journée dues à des travaux dans l’établissement.

Estadia muito agradável, recomendo.

Da localização, fácil estacionamento, mesmo à porta (poderá ser por ser época baixa), dá para ir a pé até Puerto Banus, pelo caminho há vários restaurantes e bares, local sossegado com piscina linda (que não sei se poderia usar) e praia literalmente à saída do portão.

Senti um cheiro a combustível nas traseiras da casa, mas o alojamento não deve ter culpa disso.
