I know the property well as my family live on the complex I always find the aqua staff very helpful. Over the years many family members have used the complex
The water for the shower went cold very quickly for 2 people this was a nuisance. I would change the ironing board as the cover has holes in it and it is unstable and too small. There is a blunt knife which I would also replace. The towels are tired and need replaced. These are small things for consideration as overall the apartment is in good condition

Location and apartment itself
There was issue as water in the apartment as it was dirty due to problem in the area. They helped in giving another flat so saved put holidays..Thank you so much for sorting
