Very enjoyable but slightly disappointing.

Love the location and the overall look and design of the apartments

We have stayed many times in Aqua over the past few years and this time was the first time that we felt the apartment was looking tired. I have always recommended Aqua to friends and family but this time I would say there are some upgrades needed. The showers were not as clean as they would previously have been, the towels were small and of poor quality. We had to request an ironing board due to the fact that the one in our apartment was broken and we were not able to open the dishwasher properly because the panel at the bottom of it was stopping it from opening. Staff were always very helpful and we will stay again as we visit San Pedro often, however I think that some love and attention needs to be paid to this particular apartment. Thank you

Disappointing

The apartment itself was nice and the staff were brilliant however there were many negatives which outweighed the positives.

The swimming pool area is dirty. There is man sat there all day. He could go round sweeping up fag ends and just making the area cleaner. The pool itself wasn’t the cleanest and needs a good clean. We noticed that teenagers were scaling the walls around the pool at 1am in the morning which would explain the untidiness of the pool the next day. The reception to the apartment stunk or marijuana (weed) everyday which was unpleasant. We also found little bags on two occasions which contained drugs. The door was constantly propped open every night which was a security risk and which probably led to boys being in the reception area late at night. Security are not doing their job. I would suggest that this rental be pulled from Block 3 which was where we were staying. Also, about 5 months before I did ask for a pool view. We didn’t get it and our family was split between two blocks. We enjoyed the holiday and the staff were great but we felt it was very over priced given all the negatives. We have been coming to San Pedro for 16 years. This is unfortunately the worst holiday due to all the above

Holiday was good with my friends. Hotel service was bad.

Room was clean.

A 200 euro deposit was taken from me before we arrived. at the end of our holiday they said 30 euro needed to be taken due to leaving rubbish which was fine so 170 euro was meant to be refunded. The money was never refuend and that 30 euro was taken from my card and not out of the deposit so all together took 230 euro. After back and forth with them they insisted they refunded the money but I never received here. DO NOT STAY.

Wonderful Apartments.

We liked everything about the Aqua Apartments Vento. The cleanliness, the location, and the spaciousness of the Apartments. Also they were very well equipped, everything one, one need for a self catering holiday. The staff were also very helpful.

Exceptional and value for money

The property was spacious and clean with all the necessary facilities including the pool area. The staff were extremely kind and happy to assist us with anything which has been greatly appreciated. The location is perfect and right next to local cafes and a pharmacy.

The appartement was very spacious with 2 terraces. Very clean and well equipped. Bed was great. Nice comfy sofa.

We had a very enjoyable stay here and would definitely recommend it as a lace to stay for families or friends.

Good location close to all amenities. Modern and spacious. Good size pool, plenty of beds when we were there and very well maintained with lifeguard. We were a family group with a very young baby on a short break to attend a wedding. The staff were extremely helpful especially as the baby car seat did not get put on our flight and they arranged a hired one swiftly. Also very helpful ordering taxis for the wedding day. We were very grateful for there help.

Can’t really complain about anything. The two twin bedrooms had no mirrors but I have found this before in rental properties. A few more hangers would be helpful too. Only minor things.

Fabulous apartments and perfect location!

They took a 400 euro deposit for each apartment booked and advised that if makeup was on the towels or the rubbish not taken out upon departure, you wouldn’t get it back. 6 girls trying not to get makeup on a white towel and at risk of losing 400 euros was a bit extreme.

Very modern apartments, brilliant pool and facilities.

They charge if a towel get dirty with make up etc. which was difficult with a group of 20 women. Meant we were very anxious to use towels provided and just unusual charge none of us have experienced before.

Check in was straight forward, staff replied to messages quickly.

Aircon was very poor, rooms could have been cleaner. It was very basic. Coffee machine and no pods for it, no water etc. I asked for fresh towels after 3 days and was told there would be a €25 charge. There is a charge for not bringing rubbish out which also seemed ridiculous.
