Nice clean modern apartment walking distance to everything

Location is amazing, apartment was exactly like in photos

I didn’t like that when I arrived the Fridge wasn’t working I needed to wait to days for a replacement fridge and also the aircon wasn’t working but maybe the apartment was empty as it’s not peak season so the owners was I unwear of these problems

Spacious, enough kitchen equipment, nice balcony. The location is perfect, near the city center and not far from beach. Padel courts 3min walk

disappointing, poor customer service

sent numerous emails to roomservices and host regarding issues with the unit. items not working, missing, but received no response. requested partial refund due to the missing or nonfunctioning items, but did not receive response. this is very bad customer service

remount missing fridge door shelf, repair exhaust fans in both bathrooms, replace burnt light bulb in living room lamp, provide adequate toilet paper, soap, shampoo, detergent, provide dryer for clothes, provide working power adapter, the one in the master bath is broken, etc
