Step inside to a grand entrance hall, which leads to a bright and spacious living area with a striking vaulted ceiling and an impressive 85-inch TV. French windows open onto a magnificent terrace overlooking the large, private heated swimming pool (available year-round at an additional daily cost), surrounded by meticulously landscaped gardens and various sunbathing areas.
Also on the main floor is a contemporary, fully equipped kitchen and adjoining laundry room, as well as an elegantly furnished dining area—perfect for both casual and formal meals. A bright double bedroom with en-suite bathroom completes this level.
On the lower ground floor, you’ll find a dedicated games and entertainment room, featuring a pool table, darts board, and a cosy TV lounge with another 82-inch screen—ideal for family fun or hosting friends. This level also includes a private twin en-suite bedroom, ideal for guests seeking their own space.
The upper floor hosts the spacious master suite, complete with a luxurious en-suite bathroom and a walk-in wardrobe. Two further twin bedrooms, each with their own en-suite bathrooms, are also located on this level, offering comfort and privacy for all guests.
Off-street parking is available, with additional parking directly outside the villa.
