SCAM AVOID

We did not stay at the apartment as it was filthy.

Please avoid this property. We paid £350 with a further €500 damage deposit. We arrived to apartment number #2 and it was filthy. Semen on the headboard, ant infestation, the pictures will speak for themselves. This was our honeymoon mind you. I contacted the property straight away and explained I was not comfortable to stay there, as it was damaged already, paint missing on walls, sofa caved in, fridge Dented etc, they offered to send in cleaners. This property could of not been cleaned in 1 day, let alone an hour. They also admitted on WhatsApp that it hadnt been cleaned, and they knew it was damaged due to "peak season". Whilst we were on the phone on the balcony we heard banging downstairs, we were then offered to check apartment #3 to see if we could find a solution, to not be difficult we checked. Someone had been in whilst we were upstairs on the balcony and tried to paint over the dirt on the walls, as we entered the other apartment it was just as filthy, had mould, and had fresh wet paint on the walls. I then explained to the property owner we could not stay there due to it being filthy, mould and wet paint, it stunk of paint fumes. My wife has severe asthma and cannot stay in these conditions it will make her sick. They did not care, would not refund us (although under section 75 we are entitled) and they left us on the streets in Spain, with no accommodation. Luckily we booked the globales cojico blanco, however now back from Spain we are still without a refund. DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY IT IS A SCAM - they ask for €500 deposit for damage, and then let you sleep in a damaged property, this is clearly a scam.

The extreme rudeness of the Agent made our stay very uncomfortable.

Every day we had difficulty entering the apartment building. On returning one evening we could not get in at all and spent all night outside on the street. The Agent was extremely rude to us, I have video evidence of this

the bedrooms windows!! you could feel the lights getting inside of you! also whenever someone rings the front door, automatically your room apt will be ranging too!! this is so annoying i had to get up many times for annoying neighbours

That it is new and clean.

No cleaning supplies like soap and shampoo, no black out curtains in the bedroom and the bedrooms was never dark to sleep. The apartment description was beach front and it wasn’t like that at all.

Perfect Sa Pedro Location.

The apartment was clean and modern in a brilliant location. Very easy to check in and out with clear communication. Lovely roof terrace communal to the block (2 apartments). Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Would be an added touch if there was coffee for the machine that was there, a toaster etc so when waking up, we could have something in the apartment.

Superb

The apartment is very comfortable, extremely clean, well equipped, it is warm. we were also very well served and expressly accommodated. Good contact with the owner and effective help.

sometimes there is no hot water at the end of the bath. the only downside is the lack of parking, you have to use the city parking, but it is on offer and the owner sends you a Google map, car parks after 15:00 are free until 9.00 in the morning.

The facilities might have been more appropriate and generous for a family; even simple items such as a Tea pot and toaster, coffee machine or filter.

Very good

The apartment was very spacious and clean. The communication with host was easy and excellent. straight forward to get to the property. There is a shop basically beside it for the essentials. Narrow stairs to get up to the apartment.. no lift so pushchairs need to be carried up and down. The door in the bedroom which leads to patio was unlocked when we arrived, be careful of wondering children/toddlers. There was also a camera in the corner of the living room which was covered up - not sure why this was here?? A few wine and beer glasses would have been useful and a few more clothes pegs for hanging out clothes. overall happy with our stay and will return.

location is good, street is clean and pretty. alot of bars supermarkets and restaurants nearby and underground parking. 5-10 mins drive from puerto banus depending on traffic. apartment is clean modern and very spacious. 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms smart tv and everything you need. overall very good experience would highly recommend

Nice and clean apartment

The apartment is clean and spatious. Also it looks quite new, which gives a great experience. The host was very friendly, helping out where-ever possible. Everything was well organised, like the info I received to reach and enter the apartment. Nice authentic Spanish area.

As I stayed for 8 nights, I could use some more things to keep the apartment clean, cleaning products, sponge for washing dishes, tablets for the dishwasher (don't wat to buy that on a short holiday). Most urgent things (cloth and sweeper) were provided during my stay. Some nights were a bit cold, as there was only a blanket on the beds. During the night, lots of light came into the bedroom when the neighbours below switched on the light, no way to block that. Also some walls must have been pretty thin, as sometimes I heared some neighbours as if they were in the same apartment. Despite these drawbacks, I would still come back, as I am overall positive :-)

A very nice and comfortable apartment. We had a great time. The communication service with the staff, via telephone, was excellent.

In my opinion, the only thing that needs to improve are the photos on the ad that do not demonstrate the beauty and comfort of the apartment.

Disappointing.

The living room space

Entering the door took many code tries. There was no soap or shampoo in the unit. The unit was probably renovated, and many things are not finished. There were electrical wires hanging out of the wall, the shower hand held holders is not installed properly, some things are falling off. There was a cockroach in the room.

Happy with stay

Decor was extremely clean and modern! Beds very comfy and they supplied towels.

Once arrived there was no correspondence from owner even after messaging regarding local taxi numbers, luggage storage. The power tripped continuously throughout the stay and had to trip the switch every time.

El apartamento Muy moderno , y amplio, las instalaciones muy bien y es en una zona tranquila con muchos supermercados cerca y no había ruido ni nada, la ubicación super bien porque teníamos todo bastante cerca y es en un barrio seguro podías llegar a la hora que quisieras y no pasaba nada

En la tele no se podía subir el volumen más de 8 lo tenía bloqueado o algo así entonces al querer ver la tele no podíamos porque no se oía nada y es un poco molesto porque a penas la encendíamos, entiendo que es para no molestar a los vecinos pero la podía poner un poco más alta para poder disfrutar un poco de la tele porque a 8 no se oía prácticamente nada!, y habían algunas manchas en las cortinas lo demás todo muy bien la verdad
