An amazing week staying here with family.

Absolutely wonderful.

We had a most wonderful stay in this apartment as a family. It was very spacious and comfortable and very well equipped, with a separate utility room for washing and drying clothes. Each of the bedrooms has it's own french doors leading to the terrace, and there is a great view of the mountains. The pools were set in the most beautiful and tranquil gardens and there was a very attentive lifeguard. The main pool was almost 36m from the furthest point to another for those wanting a decent swim and the smaller pool was ideal for small children. The host was very responsive to questions prior to our arrival and Francine, who met us on arrival, was simply lovely and very helpful as was Antonia, the person at the reception. It was close to shops, bars and restaurants, as well as the sea.

I cannot identify anything negative or requiring improvement. I much preferred this apartment than the more modern and clinical apartments that other family were staying in.

All very enjoyable, we hope to come back.

The property is very well located, a couple of minutes walk to San Pedro centre and easy access to the coastal road. We had a warm welcome from Francine and she also helped us a couple of times during our stay. The property has a view to the north east and we had a lovely sunrise each day; I think this orientation may keep some of the aggressive summer heat away too. There is plenty of space and a big balcony. The kitchen is very well equipped.

A comfortable, relaxing holiday

The apartment was very comfortable and well equipped. It had everything we needed. The grounds and pool area were beautiful. We liked being near the town and beach front.

We weren’t permitted inflatables in the pool.

Superb

The property was very clean. The location is just off the boulevard in San Pedro. So convenient. The pool has a full time life guard who is constantly vigilant. Francine met us on arrival and she couldn't have been more helpful. We had a fantastic holiday and made great memories.

The location is great - close to the city centre. Huge terrace with a great view. Comfortable amenities, everything needed was there. Bottle of good wine on arrival.

Köksutrustningen kunde varit mer kvalitativ. Badrumsutrustningen sitter lite löst på flera ställen. Det kunde vara lite mer standardutrustad i kök vad gäller baskryddor, ketchup, senap, kaffe och liknande.

Godziny otwarcia basenu czyli 12-18 od 15.09. Pozmienialismy troche plany i udalo nam sie skorzystac z basenu,ale troszke nas to rozczarowało.

Udane wakacje w świetnym apartamencie.

Znakomite miejsce, z serca je wszystkim polecamy. Właściciel bardzo uprzejmy, wszystkie wskazówki dojazdu i funkcjonowania w apartamencie przekazane odpowiednio wcześnie i bardzo jasno. Bardzo płynna i szybka komunikacja. Apartament jest w pełni wyposażony, posiada wszystkie niezbędne sprzęty od kuchennych, przez AGD, po higieniczne. Bardzo sprawnie działająca klimatyzacja, co ułatwia pobyt w Hiszpanii. Również dostępność basenu na patio oraz ochrona 24h pozwalają czuć się komfortowo. Bardzo polecamy to miejsce!

Eine schöne Wohnung in perfekter Lage - ideal für San Pedro und Umgebung

Der Urlaub begann mit einem sehr freundlichen Empfang durch Francine und die Betreuung war professionell und sehr gut. Die Wohnung liegt perfekt, wenn man San Pedro liebt oder erkunden will - nah zur Strandpromenade und wenige Schritte in die Altstadt. Die Bushaltestelle nach Marbella oder Estepona fast vor der Haustür. Die Tiefgarage ideal mit Aufzug unter der Wohnung für Ausflüge oder zu Golfplätzen. Die Wohnung wird allen gefallen, die eine gemütliche Athmosphäre statt kahler, weißer Neubauappartements bevorzugen. Die Heizung im Januar funktionierte fast geräuschlos sehr gut.

Eigentlich nichts, was man besser hätte machen können. Aber das Wasser braucht etwas Zeit, bis das warme Wasser kommt. Tipp: in der Dusche beim Gästezimmer geht es schneller. Im Winter ist der schöne Balkon leider wenig nutzbar - es war einfach zu kalt.

Vieta puiki: pėščiomis kelių minučių atstumu miestelio senamestis, padelio kortai, pakrantė. Patogus parkingas po namu, liftas iš parkingo, praktiškai, tiesiai į apartamentus. Aparatamentai švarūs, erdvūs, visi langai orentuoti į šiaurės-rytus, todėl vasara, kai labai karšta, turbūt, tai - didelis privalumas, bet žiemos metu atvykusiems turistams medžioti saulės, jos bus tik iki 10-11 val.

Iš principo viskas gerai. Didžiausia bėda žiemos metu, tai karšto vandens problema didžiajame miegamajame. Reikia laukti 5 min, kol atbėga karštas vanduo ir labai silpnas karšto vandens slėgis. Jei kas tuo metu prausiasi kitame duše, tai karštas vanduo praktiškai nebėga. Manau, šeimininkai tai žino, bet čia reikalingos didesnės investicijos išspęsti šį klausimą. Jei miegoti su atvirais langais, tai šiek tiek triukšminga - šalia pagrindinė gatvė. Visa kita - smulkmenos: Raktai. Yra du komplektai. Tai jei gyvena daugiau žmonių ir jie turi skirtingų planų, tai reikėdavo spręsti raktų klausimą - kas pasiima, o kas ieško tų, kurie turi raktus. Smulkmena, bet erzino. Patalinės užvalkalai. Jų nėra, o yra tik paklodės, ant kurių užsidedi pledą... Virtuvėje būtų smagu rasti aliejaus, druskos, cukraus, pipirų ir šiukšlių maišų daugiau, o ne du vienetus:)
