Great first 3 family generation holiday.

The villa location is excellent - lovely residential area. Everything provided and more. And IF you did find anything you needed that wasn't provided, I am sure Lee could source it! Hosts that really care. Much local info provided and felt comforted that hosts were on hand if there had been any unforeseen incident but never intrusive. Many bars and cafes locally near the seafront. Also only a 10 min walk to the nearest supermarket which is well stocked for immediate needs. Local butcher is excellent. Mercadona supermarket will deliver. 25 min walk into old town.

Everyone agreed this was the best family holiday yet - a fantastic holiday enjoyed by all

There were many positive things I could mention about this but let me concentrate on just three: Firstly, the hostess, Lee, who was extremely thorough and professional in everything she did. She wanted to make sure we had a great time and that is exactly what we had. Secondly, the outdoor space was just perfect - the pool was plenty big enough and a huge amount of thought had gone into the layout of the outdoor space providing an exceptional balance between relaxation, eating and activity. Thirdly, the big kitchen area and facilities were perfect - there was everything we needed to make the stay perfect.

Paying for the games room was an issue for us - this has never happened in any other villa we have stayed in, particularly at this price point, and whilst the games room was beautifully appointed with many options, for us personally it was not worth the fee being charged.

A paradise you need to Experience

It was genuinely the most perfect holiday we could have hoped for, Lee Turrion the villa owner was a dream to communicate with from the very 1st day we booked it (11 months out) to our departure back home, any questions she answered promptly, any requirements she delivered, it was very clear to see she has the highest standards and a passion for what she does, the term going the extra mile doesn't come close, she went well beyond that, as a 1st family holiday (11 of us, 8 adults 3 children) we couldn't thank her enough for making our holiday the best we've ever had and 1 we'll have cherished memories forever....that is priceless! She even came and picked us up in her own time to take us to the supermarket and show us where things were, arranged our airport transfers, gave our 3 children a present, aswel as offering us extras free of charge, so rest assured you are in the safest hands when dealing with her she's real ray of sunshine. As for the villa, WOW, stunning as soon as you walk into the garden, its positioned so the sun hits it 1st thing 7am and lasts all day until sun sets, shaded areas for those who need it with comfy seating, the pool is a perfect size with a shallow end and deeper end to suit all ages, i don't have words for the outside space other than perfect, especially the outside kitchen, we spent the majority of our holiday in the garden area its incredible, it is kept to a pristine level, every other day it is cleaned and maintained, the kids play area and games room was a real plus for us 2, inside the villa/annex was spotlessly clean and very spacious, with lovely themes throughout the villa and everything you could possibly want, again very clear to see the high standards of not only the cleanliness but also the finishing touches, well beyond a 5 star hotel level, so much so it would be hard to go back to hotel holidays having experienced Villa Turrion, i honestly could not recommend it highly enough.

Having to leave, the entire family have severe holiday blues

Definitely not a luxury villa very tired and not god value for money

We had to leave after 3 days due to damp smell issues within the house and games room which affected my grandsons asthma owner was very confrontational and defensive and although said she would let us leave and provide a refund for the remaining days we are still waiting two weeks later and haven’t received our safely deposit back nor cash we paid to her on arrival for the €500 to use the games room which we obviously couldn’t use and €450 for the swimming pool heating. The villa is tired and lots of the furnishings are worn and not what you expect for paying €7000 for a week in April especially having to pay additional €950 for extras which isn’t clearly advertised when booking. We were informed that she had re let our dates after we left which doesn’t feel like a fair way to run a business !

A great family holiday in an amazing villa!

We were met by the property owners, given a detailed tour of the property and amenities, and welcome drinks. The owners were on hand throughout our stay if we needed them (via Whatsapp group). They live 15mins away. The villa itself is large with a max capacity of 14 persons. There were 12 of us (8 adults & 4 children). The 4 children stayed in single beds in the same room & all 4 couples had a separate bedroom each which gave everyone their own space. All bedrooms have a large en-suite bathroom with dual sinks & shower/bath. They also all have their own wardrobe and storage so theres no living out of your suitacase for anyone. There is a large indoor living and dining area, and a big kitchen with everything you could need for prepping food and drinks. One of the bedrooms is in its own separate annexe by the pool. There is also an outdoor BBQ & kitchen area for al fresco dining which is fantastic. The pool is a good size and the children loved it. There are sun beds for all guests, music systems indoors and outdoors you can connect to, and lots of other seating areas too The games room is really good. We didn't use it much as we were outside most of the time, but its really well equipped with plenty to do in there. Location wise you are only a few minutes from Puerto Banus centre, San Pedro center, & Marbella a couple more minutes up the coast, but you are enough away for it to be nice and quiet when you are at the villa. The immediate area of San Pedro has lots of good restaurants and its a 5 min walk to the beach which has sea front bars and restaurants too. We had a spa day at the villa, the owners put us in touch with some local therapists who came to the property to give massages and facials, and we also had a private chef from a local restaurant (Eme Miguel) come and cook in the outdoor kitchen at the property for us too which were both really nice treats.

The only issue any of us had was purely down to personal preference.... some of us found the beds too firm. The beds are very good quality, they aren't cheap beds at all, just personal perference thats all...

You will enjoy your stay.

We stayed in Villa Turrion in January 2024. We arrived very late in the evening and Mrs. Lee was very nice to welcome us and and show the Villa. We have been in 6 adults and 2 children ( 4 , 7 years old) The Villa very well structured between night and day space. The rooms are very big, comfortable and designed in different styles. Gaming room was amazing and also space outside for children is very helpful. Highly recommend for holiday with children. And thank to Mrs. Lee for the service.

The villa was very spacious with an excellent garden/pool and outdoor kitchen. Lots of different seating areas so you could find shade throughout the day if needed. The children’s play area was a bonus we hadn’t expected. Situated in a quiet residential area but within easy reach of the promenade

Great villa and fine weather made this a perfect family holiday.

Excellent range of facilities especially for the enjoyment of a range of ages of children. Great location convenient for both the beach and the local town and restaurants. Accommodation was excellent, extremely comfortable and the Games Room added an extra dimension to the family's enjoyment. The pool was also well liked.

Fantastic stay for our big family!

We had an amazing 2 week holiday at Villa Turrion. Thanks to the owner Lee who gave us loads of information about San Pedro, Banus and Marbella and was always available if we had any questions regarding activities etc. The villa was perfect for our large family and the kids enjoyed the play area, games room, swimming pool and movies so much it was hard to get them to go out for dinner! The rooms were all beautifully presented and there was loads of different areas to chill and relax. BBQ and outdoor kitchen a particular favourite. We miss the villa already and will definitely return.

Perfect getaway

Villa Turrion was in a great location 5 mins walk from the beach and the town. It had everything we wanted and was spotlessly clean and so comfortable. We are a family group of 11 ranging from 14 months to 75 years and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Exceptional

We really enjoyed our stay in the Villa. The location is great , a very calm area and the beach and good Restaurants are in walking distance. You can also walk to Puerto Banus along the beach. The Villa is super equipt , also the pool area and the garden are very nice. The pool is heated and can be closed so our kids could enjoy it also in November. Although the decoration of the Villa was not our preferred style, everything was very clean and in good condition and we could feel like we are at home. The hosts , Lee and her husband are super nice , we really appreciated their flexibility as we booked the Villa only few days ahead our arrival due to the changing Covid situation.

Die Villa Turrion ist außergewöhnlich geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich nur vorstellen kann. Wir hatten das Spielezimmer dazu gebucht und können nur sagen, dass sich das auf jeden Fall lohnt. Es sind zu den angegebenen Spielen noch viel mehr vorhanden. Die Besitzer sind sehr sehr nett und standen uns bei Fragen wirklich immer zut Verfügung. Wir haben auch viele Insidergipps bekommen. Unsere beiden großen Hunde waren auch sehr willkommen. Diese Villa ist einfach nur toll und wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
