One of the strong points of this Villa is its location, since it is located just 300 m. from the beach, with one of the longest promenades on the entire Costa del Sol (17 km) where you will find bars, beach bars, restaurants, water activities, etc..

The villa is located in a residential area, just off a spectacular avenue of gardens with a large outdoor playground and two impressive fountains that connect it with the center of the town. A car is NOT essential during your stay.

The villa is located in a very quiet urbanization with great privacy, constructed on a plot of 1,000 m2 and 530 m2 built.

The villa is fully Air conditioned, offering Hot & Cold air and independent in every area. Also provided with WIFI (Optic fiber) free of charge, including the exterior areas.

The villa offers 5 BEDROOMS and all of them offer ON-SUITE BATHROOMS. Every bedroom is decorated in a different culture, such as Egypt, India, Indonesia, China and Africa and many of their decorations have been imported from the same country of origin.

All BEDROOMS offer comfortable mattresses, bedding from the best brands, a pillow menu, a choice of duvet or blanket, air conditioning, LCD TV with a movie menu, music system; safe, blinds, closet or dressing room and all bedrooms offer their own en-suite bathroom, being spacious, bright and featuring exterior windows, designer sinks, top brand accessories and a hair dryer.

The villa offers 3 living rooms.

The MAIN living Room offering a 65” television (Smart TV), Netflix and Amazon Prime movie platforms and its own server with more than 300 movies in English and Spanish (extra option).

The LIBRARY Room offering a 42” TV, with DTT, a large library with books in several languages and even a book exchange system, as well as a selection of board games for children and adults.

The GAMES Room, (New May 2023) is a 64 square meter construction located next to the children's area and independent from the villa. The PVC sliders in the dining area fold to the sides, giving you the feeling of being in the garden which, together with the large window overlooking the pond and the children's play area, gives you the opportunity to see all the outdoor areas at a glance.

The dining area of Villa TURRION not only offers you the opportunity to have lunch or dinner, but also as a meeting area both day and night, since the ambient lighting system in this area provides well-being and calm at any time. .

SUN BEDS: Villa Turrion also offers 14 sun beds with 10 cm cushions, available next to the grass in a closet to protect them from the elements. We offer our guests pool towels.

Villa Turrion also offers you a crystal-clear Water Pond area with a fountain, located next to a relaxation area of sofas, overlooking the garden and children's area. A place of relaxation since the sound of the water and the night lighting encourages relaxation and peace, while you can watch the children enjoy themselves in the play area.

The CHILDREN's Area offers 50 m2 of artificial grass in which there is a wooden castle imported from Germany that complies with the regulations on safety measures and in which children can enjoy both day and night since It is well lit at night too. The Children's area can be viewed from nearly every area of the villa, providing you peace of mind while the children play and enjoy.

PIN-PON table; For those who wish to enjoy the outdoor table tennis table which is located on the artificial grass area of the children's area, we provide the same with bats and balls.

The RELAXATION Area next to the pool offers 2 standing Cocoons with a table/ice bucket to relax and/or enjoy those who are in the pool, with a structure that offers semi-shade and light at dusk.

The OUTDOOR SHOWER has not only been designed as a hygiene measure for the use of the pool, since it also offers HOT water and Shower Gel for those who wish to enjoy an outdoor shower after a day in the sun.

In addition, at Villa TURRION, we follow the HYGIENIC/SANITARY measures implemented by the Ministry of Health, placing greater emphasis on the disinfection of all areas by the usage of OZONE. At departure of each guest, the entire villa including exterior areas is fully cleaned and disinfected, including interior and exterior cushions and at the end of cleaning and just before upon entry all the areas are OZONIZED, which guarantees the elimination of Viruses, Bacteria and Fungi.
