Overall a lovely apartment in a nice complex and perfect size for 5 people but some teething issues to be sorted.

Good location, 10 min walk to the beach, convenience store short walk around the corner, access to a nice clean pool, lovely outdoor area which gets sun most of the day, quiet neighbourhood. Lots of amenities like hairdryer, straighteners, spices, washing stuff. Mostly clean but a few issues.

There were a number of issues which I think are down to the fact that it’s a new build property and ran by an estate agent: 1. No towel rails or hooks for towels in the bathroom 2. No instructions for washing machine, oven, aircon etc. even the estate agent didn’t know how to use the aircon (there’s an on switch on the top of the box for those he need to know) 3. Rug in living room had the corner flipped up so we tripped over a lot 4. The place for the rubbish is far away you have to take it out the complex across the street but this seems common for the area 5. No bbq as stated in the facilities section 6. No lights in the bedrooms only lamps - not that much of an issue. Beds were 2 small doubles and 1 large double, not all large doubles as stated. 7. No broom or dust pan and brush to assist with cleaning 8. The shower drain in 1 bathroom was blocked with hair which flooded the bathroom, we had to unblock it. This was before we used it. 9. Place was generally clean but stains in various places including on the bedside tables 10. Communication from the agents was very difficult until we were able to exchange via WhatsApp a day before the stay - this needs to be done earlier and the £400 deposit needs to be clearly displayed as a condition upon booking as this is not normal for booking.com

Sehr schönes Appartement in der Nähe von Marbella

Das Appartement ist sehr modern eingerichtet und super gelegen. Der Strand ist in 10 Minuten Entfernung, Restaurants und Supermärkte in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Bushaltestelle ist ebenfalls in der Nähe. Ein eigener Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage ist vorhanden. Eine großzügige Terrasse und Pool sind ebenfalls verfügbar. Schnelle Kommunikation erfolgte ab etwa einem Tag vor der Vermietung per WhatsApp. Insgesamt war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, auch wenn wir kleine Mängel hatten.

Sehr versteckt im Vertrag war zu lesen, dass ein Security Deposit von 800€ vorab auf das Konto der Vermieter zu überweisen ist. Die Kommunikation dazu verlief sehr schleppend. Eine Bestätigung, dass es angekommen ist erfolgte nicht. Im Gegenteil, wir mussten einen Nachweis der Zahlung erbringen. Von der Property-Managerin wurde uns bei Übergabe ein falscher Parkplatz zugewiesen. Dies klärte sich im Laufe des Urlaubs durch Bewohner der anderen Appartements auf. In den Schlafräumen sind keine Deckenleuchten vorhanden, sondern nur je eine Nachttischlampe pro Zimmer. Und in einem der Zimmer fehlt auch ein Nachttisch. Es sind keinerlei Haken im Flurbereich für Jacken und auch in den Bädern keine Haken für Handtücher vorhanden. Es war für 6 Personen nur ein Schlüssel für den Hauseingang vorhanden.
