Too noisy . I heard everybody ringing the door bell, slamming doors , the washbasin was ridiculously small , with a shelf only 20 cms higher . Impossible to brush your teeth without banging your head . Pictures in the page do not correlate what found .

We couldn’t open the gate to get out,the handle was broken,we waited for 1 hour to get out,there was sewer smell in the room,the door frame was broken,the bathroom was dirty at the drain, a disaster room,the shower was not fixed,no was soap and shower gel,a sewer smell persist all day and night.We do not recommend this location,room no 14

We found bugs… in the first night, in the bathroom. Big bugs… The apartment was at the main street… and the door was very un safely closed

Nothing, we arrived at property at 3pm as check in was 3pm, there was no one at reception so messaged the property to let them know we had arrived and waiting to check in, no response, tried calling multiple times over an hour and a half for them to tell us the key was outside our room, we dropped our bags off in the room and left to go out for food, when we arrived back still no one at reception. We got back into our room and there was dead cockroaches all over the bathroom floor, the shower area was covered in mould, there was multiple cockroaches running about the floor in the bedroom area approximately 6 or 7, we went to check the bed sheets and there was small bloody splatters on the sheet, we tried to get in contact with the property again, no reply, because the room was so unhygienic and infested with bugs we couldn’t stay, we left the room and had to find another hotel to stay, the property got back to us the next day approximately 11am asking if we were still interested in moving to another room. Communication was ridiculous really do not recommend this place! Not worth the hassle and the stress!! The room was disgusting. Was not offered a refund only an apology from booking.com (DO NOT STAY HERE, DO NOT RECOMMEND)!!!

Perfect!!

The receptionist Aicha made me feel really welcome, as an hotel receptionist myself my hopes were high and she really gave me the treatment I was expecting and more. She gave me all the information I needed to know and even helped me with my bag to my room since there was no elevators. The room was very clean and had a nice clean smell and not what people here is writing in the reviews, I wish they would sell the air frescheners they used in the bathroom!! I was at first very skeptical to book my visit here but as an hotel receptionist I know everyone can get bad reviews that isn’t even true.m, people just love to complain on stuff that isn’t even true. The bed was also very comfortable and I slept like a baby, it’s vety common in spain and other countries to have hard beds but this one it felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. The air conditioner was also perfect. I really have nothing bad to say about this place and I’m glad I booked my stay here and did not listen to the reviews, next time I come to marbella I will defenetly stay here again!

Basic functional for a cheap accomodation

It was cheapest I could find for one night in Marbella. No hassle to check in nor check out, pretty easy. Convenient location close to Alameda Square

The room was clean but bad shape. Door didn't close properly, the bathroom had some leak water in the floor. Decoration was none in that room. The noise from other people entering the hotel and the cars from the main avenue outside was too much. If you go for quiet and sleep, this is not a good place.

Absolutely nothing. None of the double glazed windows closed properly; consequently the noise from the N340 outside was unbearable. We attempted to contact the property to change rooms, to no effect. we abandoned our stay and have requested a refund of at least part of our payment. once again, to no effect.

Very relaxing business trip

Very private, very clean no odors. I felt very comfortable sleeping in a bed that is not mine which is very difficult to achieve. Nice air conditioning the apartments even have a small stove and pan to cook. Very friendly staff didn’t see them much as nothing was missing even fresh towels were found on the bed upon arrival.

Close to the centre of Marbella.

The room was in poor condition. Cracks in the walls, flaking paint, etc.... the room had no window and felt claustrophobic. The bed was not that comfortable.

It is close to the bus station and the old city center.

It is close to the bus station and the old city center. But the problem is that the windows overlook the road and it is very difficult to sleep - very noisy day and night. Also wi-fi does not reach the rooms that are located on the patio. Also, if your check-in is later than the working day of reception, you will have to send a photo of your document to WhatsApp and then you will be sent instructions on how to check in on your own. If you do not have the Internet - it is not known how to organize it. The ladies at the front desk are polite and friendly.

Noise from the road, Wi-Fi did not work in the room, it is not clear how to register at the reception after hours if there is no Internet on the phone.

Worst hotel ever

Location was on a main road close to the beach and local shops

The furniture was old torn fabric and dirty the floor which was tiled had dirt and stains all over it as if its never been mopped and cleaned. The mattress belongs to the bin. Nothing was clean or hygienic quite the opposite. We travelled with our vehicle and there was no free parking we had to pay 20euros per day to park the vehicle. Would completely avoid staying there again.

the checking was supposed to be at 15:00… they hand us the keys at 15:20… because they were cleaning the room… we had to get in with the floor wet as we needed to get change to attend to a wedding. nothing like the pictures.. it didn’t has a wardrobe… we had to ask for towels, toilet paper and soap!! we paid for ‘studio deluxe’ but the value was like a cheap hostal

In september, had to sleep with the A/C on due to the asphyxiating atmosphere generated in a small room with two people - Window facing inner patio, with vis-à-vis with anyone from the hotel passing by - no lamplights on bed, only the ceiling lamp - small frigde placed as bedside table, with the humming noise associated just beside your head while sleeping - broken wardrobe door and drawers - broken shower door. - No wifi provided
