The apartment description has an untrue statement. It states that there is a separate bedroom but this is not true. There is no separate bedroom but I had only booked it on the basis of the precise statement “separate bedroom”. The coffee machine only takes pods that are not sold locally so was unusable until I had to cross town to buy them so coffee machine not useful. There were no kitchen utensils until our 3rd day when they finally responded to my texts and brought a few utensils - until then we had only 2 table knives and 2 table forks… how is that for a 4 person apartment ?? Missing sheets pillowcases etc. No sockets at all in the bedroom, they managed one extension cable on day 3. Unterminated electric wires coming out of the wall. Completely unacceptable, many problems, management ineffective . Huge disappointment.
