Delightful. Five Star.

Everything… Access, location, spotlessness, freshness, brightness, comfort, decor, quietness. Silvia, our contact for the apartment, so friendly and easy to deal with. She always responded immediately to any queries, and offered good advices when sought. Our studio had a spacious feel, with a very well equipped kitchen containing hob, oven, microwave and washing machine. The living space had a very comfortable sofa. The comfortable king size bed is ideally situated by the patio door and when open you can hear the beautiful bird song from the canaries on the roof terrace opposite the apartment. We were treated to a dawn chorus every day! The balcony overlooks the street with Plaza Naranjos which is only a few metres away within view. There was absolutely nothing not to like about the apartment and it met all our requirements in comfort, quietness and location which was central to everything in The Old Town and yet only a four minute walk from the coastline.

All was extremely good. Faultless.

Best accommodation, best location and Silvia was the perfect host.

It was very well appointed and decorated in such a way that it was a very relaxing and comfortable experience. Everything in the apartment was new and the place was sparkling clean , comfortable bed, great bathroom, I wouldn’t change a thing. The location was superb in the old town, 1 min walk to Orange Square and central to great restaurants and shops. The beach is an easy 10 min walk away , again plenty of restaurants along the beachfront.

We spent a few sunny days in your beautiful apartment, and it was truly an all-in-one package — cozy, modern, and full of charm, with a stunning view and the best location in Marbella 🩵. Everything was perfect from the very first day, and we truly appreciated Silvia’s warm hospitality and thoughtful attention to detail. Simply perfect

The apartment is absolutely fantastic! The location is perfect, right in the old town and pedestrian zone, and everything inside is brand new – beds, kitchen, bathroom, balcony. It’s fully equipped with everything you might need: dishes, kettle, iron, towels, and more. I can truly recommend this accommodation to anyone. The beach is only a 7-minute walk away!

Excellent experience 😃

The apartment was great, the old town experience was better than expected, because all the points of interest were right next to us ( restaurants, shops, city view, beach). The host (Silvia) provided us plenty of information about how to: find the location, check-in/out and what to do in Marbella. Silvia also provided extra towels, beach towels ( which were very useful ) and noticed us to join a beautiful local event. The overall experience was super nice, definitely worth it.

Amaaaazing place

Everything was absolutely amazing! ✨️♥️ First of all, the communication with the host, so helpful and friendly, so ready for answering at every question we had. This place is a jewel: so cleeean, with everything you can need. The bed was so comfortable, we really enjoyed resting. We worried a bit about the outside noise, but I think that the windows are a bit soundproof, that was cool as well. On the balconies you can have your own symphony before midnight, when the shops are closing and the people are still walking and talking, it's great to watch. P.S. They even left us beach towels, we appreciated so much.

AC turn off automaticly

Location is perfect, everything is new in the apartment. Nice and clean. There is place to leave luggage after check out.

3th floor, no elevator. AC unit turn off in the middle of the night, so you need to get up, go to the main door to press main switch, if you want to turn AC on again, it is not practical...

Awesome experience, great Host, lovely Apartment

Everything. Great Location, easy to get in with very detailed and structured information, very lovely & new alpartment. The interior was very nicley and modern decorated, the little balcony to the street was awesome to catch the forst and last sunrays. The communication with Silvia, host, was so easy, helpful amd friendly. She even brought us new batteries for the AC within a couple of hours. We LOVED staying at Mare Apartments.

Warm, friendly and a pleasant stay.

The location of the flat is just perfect. In the center of the old town close to all the restaurants you might want to visit. Very quiet during the night. It has an excellent location and you can even skip the beach, sit on the balcony, and enjoy the buzz of the old town during the lazy moments of your vacation.

Het appartement was zo goed als nieuw, super schoon en netjes. Voorzien van bijna alle gemakken. Mooie locatie in de old town van Marbella.

Het enige wat verbeterd zou kunnen worden is een koffiemachine ipv oploskoffie m.b.v. een waterkoker. Hoeft geen luxe koffiemachine te zijn, een Mokka Express zou al volstaan.

Mitten in der süssen Altstadt, bequeme, saubere und grosszügige Wohnung!

Die Wohnung ist ein Träumchen! Würde sie jederzeit wieder buchen. Die Altstadt ist der süsseste Teil von Marbella wie ich finde, da zu wohnen ist perfekt. Man ist mittendrin. Überall gibt es Restaurants, Cafes und Shops. Innert 10 Minuten zu Fuss ist man am Strand. Es war bequem, sauber und ich habe absolut nichts auszusetzen. Es gibt keinen Lift - was man bedenken sollte. Aber ich hatte auch einen sehr schweren Koffer und die nette Putzfrau half mir am Abreisetag ihn runter zu tragen. Einfach perfekt!

Excepcional apartamento en el corazón de Marbella

Apartamento impecable! Linda y cuidada decoración, cómodas camas y ubicación inmejorable. La atención por parte de Silvia ha sido excelente : hemos recibido instrucciones claras y respuesta a todas nuestras dudas. La calle en la que se encuentra el edificio es pintoresca y tranquila. Lo recomiendo y repetiré seguramente!
