The location was perfect for us, right next to the sea font and a 5 min walk into the old town. We had had a 7 month baby with us and the facility were perfect, the rooms have blackout blinds so really easy for naps. The cot and high chair had been requested, and another initially over looked 15 mins later they were brought around. They helped us arrange getting to and from the airport and made everything hassle free. All in all can not fault the service from start to finish.
Generally nothing not to like. With a young family a heads up that there are a few steps to get a buggy up before reaching the elevator.

Excellent apartment - like in the fotos. It has been refurbished beautifully and has a very well equipped kitchen. High quality windows.
Although it was clean, we have had some unpleasant “visitors”: cockroaches, unfortunately. It seems to be a building problem, because we noticed they came out of the tubes somewhere below the kitchen. Not too many - like 10 every other day, but it was definitely an issue.
