Our apartment was the worst of the ones in the block and was disappointed when we saw the others!! Which were better fitted out. There was a bad smell coming from under the sink which we couldn’t clear. The apartment needed a console table by the mirror for getting ready or a mirror in the bedroom by a socket.

The road is difficult to reach and there is no assistance.

Clean, facilities, wifi, and the old town center is 1 minute away.

The car wouldn't stop in front of the door. The place didn't have a name plate so we were tired going back and forth and the location didn't catch our attention. It was difficult to communicate with the property due to the weak internet connection. There was no one to receive us from the lost road. At first, I asked to cancel the reservation because I despaired of finding the place, but when I arrived, I liked the place. However, my advice is that the luggage should be carry-on bag and small because the road is difficult on foot.

Beautiful apartment in excellent location in Marbella old town!

Location was superb! So close to Plazo de los Naranjos and with an abundance of restaurants and shops on the doorstep yet surprisingly quiet and peaceful for such a central location. Beautiful local church in short walking distance and the beach was close too. The apartment was exceptionally clean and it felt like a home away from home for the entire week. The host could not have been more friendly and helpful with small requests I had during the week! I will be back. :)

Location v good.But had to wait outside building x 1 hour until a fellow guest let us in.They had the same awful experience of not being able to get in. After several hours travelling from Dublin.I asked for an additional toilet roll and was told onlyv2 allocated x 1 week stay..v shoddy after € 978 for the stay.Thete was no name outside the premises and a sort of broken down door was tge entry.There were no instructions for using the TV or safe,and bathroom floor was dirty after 1 week.The final insult was an email on Mon 2 days before we were to come home telling me was bank card was declined and I had 2 hours to rectify this...in a strange country and a foreign language.This is not an apt/hotel .It is an air b and b.There is no reception,no service whatsoever,no lift,no pool and no private outside space.The owners should know u can't turn on your fone on the plane so any info needs to be sent well in advance not at 6.30pm.We wud have had to be on roaming to pick it any message. .

Perfect Apartment in a Great Location

The apartment was spacious and clean. Very comfortable beds. We loved the terrace as enjoyed sitting out in the sunshine. So close to Plaza Naranjos, only steps away.

Couldn't fault. Maybe some ant spray would be handy to have at property.

Cute, cozy and great view

Property was beautiful, location was ideal and quiet but close to the action and beach. Beds were comfortable, seating and dining area was welcoming and cozy, deck was amazing. We did arrive hoping to do laundry but found it broken.

Perfect location in the old town of Marbella. Nice apartment.

Terrible neighbors in front of the windows of the apartment. Couldn’t sleep two nights because of the noise. Tried to call the police, but they couldn’t help, because I don’t speak Spanish. Bad smell in the apartment. I was surprised that both issues were known to the owner of the apartment, but I was not warned. Never would choose this experience and pay 160 Eur per night.

the location was great and they helped arrange for a taxi from the airport. The view was nice and the place had some charm.

Where do I start? How about the beginning when we waited for 30 minutes to get into the apartment. There was no paper towels, only two small rolls of toilet paper for 4 days with 2 people, the restaurant next door makes noise all night, no soap in the kitchen, pots and pans were dirty, super harsh lighting, just a sheet and thin blanket and the temps dropped at night, a smell of sewer gas comes into the apartment when the skylight windows are open and those don’t fully close. I am 6’-1” and had to squat to get through the doorways. Looked forward to doing laundry in their washing machine. A cycle takes 3 hours and does not have hot water. The bathroom and shower at nice, the toilet however back splashes out when you flush, unless lid is down. Harsh lesson to learn.

The host was great. Very responsive on whatsapp, and very friendly. The location was great too. No vehicular access by the way. But in a quiet pedestriansed part of old town, short walking distance to all the restaurants etc. So you get the best of both worlds; away from the noise, but easy/short walk to it. And property was clean and comfortable.

(i) We were only given one set of keys, which was not very convenient for us. (ii) There was a washing machine but detergent / tablets not supplied; that seems a bit stingy and unhelpful. Who wants to go out and buy a pack of clothes washing tablets / liquid when you are only away for a few days?! A little should have been supplied. (iii) We were in a ground floor apartment. There was no "garden view" as was described. And we did not feel we had privacy, even when curtains were closed, which made the apartment a bit sad. Generally it was nice to see all the people coming and going on the street, but you had to remember when you had a shower or got changed that people could see right into the property from two windows, so if you are embarrassed about being caught naked or semi clothed or are just a very private person, then the ground floor apartment that we had is not for you. And we would request a different one if we returned.
