el apartamento es grande para venecia súper bien ubicado al tener un dormitorio cerrado brinda intimidad

la basura es un tema la calefacción otro pero no es el apartamento son las reglas de venecia

Es como estar en casa...tiene los detalles mínimos (artículos de cocina, costura, lavadora ,una pequeña biblioteca,etc,etc,etc)...cerca de todo ( estación santa Lucia, supermercado, centro histórico, etc,etc)..,espacioso (somos 4 ) La amabilidad de Luzia Generalmente uno busca el detalle pero, nada... tuvimos una experiencia similar en Paris cerca de Disney donde tenían hasta juegos de mesa.

Great location but hard to find in a little laneway without the help of Lucia. Great spot close to the bus Tronchetto and an easy walk over one bridge with a ramp if you’re carrying suitcases. Close to a lively local university location, restaurants and cafes and also close to the grand canal if you get a vaporetto home. Otherwise it’s quite a hike through the backstreets of Venice from St Marks square. Quiet at night.

Some of the facilities were not up to speck eg. Electrical wiring could be modernised and kitchen facilities were missing a few basic items eg. Plug for sink and tea towel but these are minor and could have been overlooked as we were allowed an early checkin which we appreciated.

+ nice location + clean + spacy + air conditioner

- Wifi is sooooo bad, you need to change it - do not have toilet paper - extra payment for later check-in ( we didn’t pay but it was in the rules) - extra payment for cleaning (it’s only 10€ but still unpleasant) * Also do not forget to pay city tax, it’s not include in apartment’s fee
