ITALIANSTAYRENTALS Suite Falier- Luminosa Venezia

We used this as our basis to visit Venice for the Art Biennale. The place is relatively well located if you are arriving in Venice by train. Is a 15-minute walk from the station to the property. It is also relatively well located to reach the whole of Venice by foot or boat, although it will take you around 30-40 minutes to get to the western tip of Venice - Giardino or Arsenal. We were there mainly for the Biennale, and it was doable if you like and can walk in Venice. We like simple breakfasts, so the breakfast provided was good for us, but some people may prefer to buy and prepare extra breakfast food at a supermarket. The communication with the owner was very good and effective. The instructions on how to get to the place were very clear and the owner is very nice. The views from the apartment and the terrace on the floor above the apartment were very pretty. The owner offered water and a prosecco bottle, which we also appreciated. There is a huge TV screen.

We didn't realize, prior to booking, that it was on the 4th floor without an elevator. Although that wouldn't be a deterrent, it should probably be made more explicit in some way. For some people, that may be a deterrent, especially if one has limited mobility. But if mobility is not an issue, it is good to get rid of some of the extra calories one gets at Venice restaurants.

Everything!

None.

Spacious and modern. All rooms were bright and airy. Well equipped kitchen. Very quiet. A comfortable bed and thick curtains that made the bedroom dark meant we were able to have a good night sleep.

There were no instructions for anything in the flat. No recommendations for restaurants or things to do. The biggest list of rules I have ever seen didn't make us feel at home and it was difficult to relax. Animal skin rugs, although fake were in poor taste and made us uncomfortable
