The property is well located, only a 10 minute walk to St.Lucia station. The apartment was clean and the air conditioning was a welcome addition. The host was helpful and responsive.
The apartment isn’t ideal for tall guests. The entryway, staircase, bathroom door, and lofted sleeping area are all very low, with several spots where you can easily bump your head. It’s understandable given Venice’s older architecture, but something to keep in mind — you’ll need to crouch often and stay alert if you’re tall.

Super endroit au 2eme étage, dans une impasse loin de la foule, au calme. Super hôte qui donne de bons conseils et qui est disponible. A quelques minutes des terminaux de bus à pied (et du train). A quelques pas, un petit café pour prendre son petit déjeuner !
Prévoir des boules quiès si vous souhaitez dormir, nous avons eu le bruits des cloches 2 jours de suite à 8h.
