Appartement bien aménagé. L'espace est bien, en plus d'avoir des fauteuils pour s'asseoir. L'établissement était propre et bien équipé et en plus d'air climatisé fonctionnel des ventilateur aidait au confort. L'appartement était bien situé dans un quartier tranquille avec plusieurs restaurant, Gelateria et place publique bien aménagé.

En cours de séjour, nous avons eu besoin de serviettes supplémentaires et de papier de toilette, mais l'hôte a mentionné ne pas offrir ce service pour cette installation. Il serait donc judicieux de laisser des serviettes supplémentaires et du papier de toilette supplémentaire dans l'appartement. De plus, les oreillers sont clairement défraichit et sont très inconfortable. L'ensemble de l'appartement était très propre mais le drain de la douche était bouché, à chaque utilisation. La télévision ne fonctionnait pas.

Ubicación estupenda. A un paso de Piazzale Roma, restaurantes y zonas de ambiente como Campo Sta Margarita. Perfecta climatización.

Good location, comfortable beds, clean bedding, two rooms and kitchenette. All appliances work well

Several emails with instructions of dos and don’t one after another, but nobody was there to talk about the unexpected issues. We came around 8 pm. We got to the apartment with no problems What we saw was very disappointing. The apartment was not ready for us. The bedding and towels were not replaced, trash not removed, everything was all over the place. It took a while for us to contact emergency services by What’sApp. We have sent them pictures of the place. Finely the cleaning people came around 9 pm. and cleaned the property. So the beginning of our stay was not as we expected.
