About this apartment rental
This fantastic apartment is on the fourth floor of a modern palace in the Dorsoduro Quarter. 3 double bedrooms and 1 full bathroom with shower and bathtub, and 1 wc, a complete kitchen, a dining room and a big living room. Exquisite furniture and a lovely terrace and one balcony. The apartment face 3 sides of the palace, and it is furnished with air conditioning, Wi-fi and all modern commodities. The large and bright living room can sit 6 persons and the dining room has seating for 6 as well. The terrace is equipped with a table where you can dine. This is the second living room for about 7 month a year. The bedrooms are big with queen size bed and the old furnitures and the ancient books give a character to the rooms that is unique.
The bathrooms are classic and the kitchen is fully equipped. The apartment can be reached via stairs or a lift and the proximity with piazzale Roma is extremely convenient for Taxis to the Airport and all vaporetto Line.
In the surrounding area, there is a large Supermarket (COOP) and several groceries in the near Campo Santa Margherita, where there is also a small fish and vegetable market.
The bathrooms are classic and the kitchen is fully equipped. The apartment can be reached via stairs or a lift and the proximity with piazzale Roma is extremely convenient for Taxis to the Airport and all vaporetto Line.

The apartment was in a great location, far enough from the crowds but close to transport links and local restaurants.Michela communicated well and maintains a beautiful and spacious apartment.

The apartment has an antique vibe, from the vintage furniture to the abundance of books everywhere. The windows were nice and bright. Was a little loud being next to the canal with boats going by but at night it got quieter. The beds were all uncomfortable. The shower was very tiny and there was black mold between the tiles and on the curtain by the window. The location was convenient not being too far from the train station. The owner was difficult and not accommodating to my check in time. The listing states 4:00 as the check in time and I scheduled my train to arrive at 3:50. Michela demanded my arrival time the day before to arrange check in and I simply asked if 5:30 was too late since she said after 4pm would be better. She took my question as my confirmed arrival time, therefore when my train arrived at 3:50 I had to wait an hour and a half to check in. Maria who checked us in was very nice. Overall, I would still recommend staying here although if you have trouble sleeping on uncomfortable beds book somewhere else.

Our family of six made this this apartment our home base for a month-long stay in Venice, and we were delighted with it. The apartment is spacious and well appointed, within easy walking distance to the train station, two grocery stores, and lots of fun bars and cafés. We enjoyed the charm of the decor and the well-stocked library, and our host, Michela, was helpful and attentive in responding to any questions we had. This property is an excellent value for a family looking to settle in and get to know the beauties of a Venice!

A good size home large enough to accommodate my family of 5. Its not in the center of it all so its quiet. But walkable. Home is very well stocked.
