Fantastic location right near the tube station, very comfortable and decent sized room. Friendly and helpful staff
Floors were rather creaky and you could hear all the movements upstairs

The location was perfect, close to metro and easy walking to where I needed to be. Food was wonderful, delicious breakfast and dinner. I liked being about to order a la carte for breakfast and there was a lovely variety of dishes. Staff were lovely and helpful.
The room layout was a little awkward. Hard to maneuver due to limited space, no mirror in the room (other than bathroom) and had to dry my hair without a mirror. Not enough desk space. My room was on side of the hotel by the French school and during the day there was a lot of noise from the kids playing outside.
