We just love Ampersand Hotel and always stay there when we visit London. A trendy boutique hotel in a great location in Central London. A short walk from South Kensington tube station and easy access to most of major sights in London. We were staying with family and had 2 lovely rooms, both with very comfortable beds. Reception staff are always friendly and helpful. And the downstairs bar is a lovely place to relax and unwind after a day's shopping or trip to the theatre. Highly recommend, and we look forward to being back soon.

The highlight of the stay was the employees. Each employee went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful.
Our initial room had some AC issues, expected during a heat wave. This was handled promptly, but unfortunately our new room was still rather warm. The staff did all things possible to accommodate.

Great location in South Kensington and right by the tube station and numerous cafes, pubs,restaurants. Modern, clean hotel , comfortable bed and the staff were all fantastically friendly and helpful.
Very minor point that housekeeping didn’t refill our coffee supply when they cleaned but nothing of note to dislike.
